Avoid this place! I came to them to have my front struts replaced. I took a ride with one of their employees thinking it was a mechanic ! We drove around I made sure that employee heard what my problem was !! he then recommended something else .Later I found out that was only their tire guy !! I paid over $700 and still had the same problem. I reached out to them and took it back. At that point they started nit-picking small stuff to cover up their mistake. Repairs that I had recently had done. At that point I was done , I can't do business with someone I can't trust.

The guy installed my wheel lug nuts with one of the bigger Milwaukee impact wrenches, over torquing them to about 170 ft lbs. My car calls for 80. Over torquing can cause a lug nut bolt to snap and may cause your wheel to come off. For those who don't know about wheel torque specs on cars, you may thought you had a positive experience here, but just know these guys aren't professionals and may cut corners.

I’ve been a customer for years. Long story short they will install your tires with an impact ( torque to proper spec is the correct way ) damaging your threads and blame you for damages. To be honest this can happen at any shop but the sad thing is I took it in a second time so they could address the problem and they didn’t . I called again to see if they could do anything about it and they blamed me for it. I know they will reply to this review making me seem dumb or that I’m an ignorant customer. But the fact is, It was a 6 dollar simple fix that I did myself. Sadly I can no longer trust them with my vehicles or those of my family. They aren’t interested in resolving your problems and needs, only collecting your money. Your wheels are what touch the road when your cruising 80 mph. So be picky with your tire shop and don’t be afraid to spend a little more at the right place, lamentably this isn’t it.

Had 4 tires replaced.really quick turnaround on that.Also had a wheel studs replaced. Ended up being 10 bucks cheaper than original quote. And quick turnaround and courteous service.Will be using cali street tires for all if my wheel tire services

I purchased Rims and Tires from this place about 6 months ago for approx. $2500. After driving on the tires for less than 7k miles - I was driving on the freeway and one of the tires blew out. I went to get the tire replaced with the warranty and they said they couldn’t replace with the warranty and needed to charge me full price to replace the tire - their worker basically called me a liar and said I hit something. Bad customer service and bad business practices….buyer beware. You never know when you need to use a warranty and when you do you realize these type of businesses are not good to do business with.

Was very pleased getting 4 new tires with their zero interest 3 month plan. everything went smooth. But a few months later, i picked up a flat, and had my daughter bring it in to get patched, which is free when you buy tires from them. She brought the original paperwork with her and the very attractive and nice lady behind the counter took care of her. HOWEVER, she got attitude from the dude who was doing the work in the service bay. He questioned her, asking did you even buy these tires here? telling her to show HIM the paperwork. My daughter asked why couldn't you just have got the tires at Americas Tire! They're NICE there! :( again, this doesn't reflect the top quality attitude from the model behind the counter, just the service technicians :(

Really over priced!!!! on a tire patch $20. When every where else they charge $7 and free at American tire but the only reason i had it done here is it was an emergency
