It took driving state lines from Washington state to Cali Complete Auto Care to get my car fully operational. I drive a Jeep Grand Cherokee and dropped it off at the shop with a check engine light that was unable to be diagnosed by multiple service shops; even Jeep dealerships were unwilling to care about my vehicle back in WA. Cali Complete Auto Care fixed my car with complete diagnostic and problem resolution during Christmas. Take your vehicle to this place, they are true professionals.

I found Connor in 2023 when I was supposedly having an alternator issue from a diagnostic I received elsewhere. I wanted a second opinion and came to Cali Complete Auto Care. Connor was honest up front with me and told me it was a battery issue. He saved me so much money! A few months later my brother and then my mother got into an accident and I recommended her to Connor. She was so pleased and happy with him that this is her go to spot for all of my families vehicles. I just took my GLE 53 and he took care of me as well. Him and his team are absolutely great and amazing! I love the honesty and service here. You won’t find it anywhere else!! Thank you Connor and Cali Complete Auto Care! I’m beyond grateful to have found a shop and a mechanic for my car and my family’s.

Easily the most knowledgeable mechanics in the valley across all makes. They take the time to explain and show you exactly what the issue is and what could prevent issues with preventative maintenance. 10/10 service

First time customer and will certainly be coming back! I was in a pinch after attempting to change my car battery for the first time. A screw ended up snapping so I couldn’t even start my car. I gave the place a call and Connor made time to see me after 4pm. Very fast fix after a very stressful day. I’ve found my mechanic for as long as I’m in the Valley!

Best mechanic in the Valley but also best mechanic in Cali from my experiences! Connor is a honest guy with fair prices. He actually cares about your vehicles symptoms unlike rest! I just moved here from Florida, and I've literally gone through hell dealing with other mechanics while trying to diagnose my cars knocking sound! I went in because of a misfire on my engine. The guy told me it was gonna cost 580 to get my spark plugs replaced and my coils changed I asked him to only change the coils one side of the engine that would be harder for me to get to he ended up not doing any of the work and only replaced 3 coils on the easy side of the engine. He finished the job in 3 hours for the work that he did only took him 10 mins. Complete scam.

The outlet for my car's charger was not working, I thought it was a fuse but couldn't figure out which one. I brought my car to Cali Complete and they found the fuse, replaced it, and when I asked how much for the fuse they said not to worry about it! They were very kind and quick! I'm thankful for the help

This past year I had to visit 3 different mechanics and after coming to Cali Complete Autocare I think I've found my mechanic for life. The quality of work that Conner and everyone does here is amazing and I trust them so much with my car. My car has been having issues lately and they take care of all my car needs so I would highly recommend.They're so reliable, respond quickly, and I really appreciate that they take the time to tell me and show me what's the issue with my car instead of spewing information that I don't understand because they're taking the extra time to teach me and explain what's going on so I know for the future. I HIGHLY recommend taking your car here because they are truly the best.
