Caldwell's is a very good place to get your vehicle repaired! They are busy, but they answer the phone, find out what the issue is quickly, and let you know how much is going to be before they even start working! Shout out to Jill, she's an amazing woman! I don't recommend any other shops here in Memphis!

I paid to replace two sensors but the codes still popping up, they overcharged me and didn't reset the sensors, plus now they trying to charge me 85 Dollars more to diagnostic test my vehicle then he told me my converter stopped up, it wasn't at first, I am bout to file in court against them to pay to replace converter and sensors if not fixed

My air conditioner had problems that other mechanics fail to repair but Caldwell fixed the leak and my car A/C is working perfectly. The rates were reasonable and my wait was short. Thanks for excellent service.

They kept my car almost a week just to tell me they can't fix on it. They wanted the $100 service fee but i believe they knew they couldn't fix on it from the beginning

Was supposed to need a fuel pump. They said they put a brand new fuel pump in my vehicle with a 1 year warranty. Here it is 2 months later and the fuel pump going out again. And when I was there paying for my vehicle I heard them talking about taking parts off of another jeep to fix someone's car instead of buying new parts. But that's what to expect when dealing with shady mechanics. So now I'm going to have to call and probably argue over this new faulty fuel pump they installed that has me stalli g at the red light every time I push the gas pedal

They damaged my rear main seal putting in a transmission,and told me that they didn't damage it,but my truck wasn't leaking oil until they got it.

I had an electrical problem with my 2013 Mazda3 I took it to several shops and no one could fix it I took it to Caldwell's and they fixed it the same day at a very reasonable price. They did an excellent job my car runs better than ever now. They are friendly, fast, and reasonable!
