Do not go here, they swapped my back tires to the front and made up charges my sensors were broken. However, they only replaced 2 sensors they said, instead of 4. My tires are rear wheel drive and are 255 compared the front tires 225. This caused damaged to my brakes, axle, tires, etc. I am looking to file a case to dispute this negligence on their part. In addition they tried to alter the receipt after they admitted to their fault, however I took pictures first for evidence.

I had a nail in my tire and needed it fixed urgently, on a Sunday. I called probably 15 different places. Either nobody wanted to help or had no availability. My coworker recommended me here and I’m pleased! Waited about 20 minutes and they had my car done in less than 10 minutes. Very fair pricing too. $25 to remove nail and patch it up.

Appreciate these guys so much. Needed a tire repair and the second I pulled in they were straight to working on it despite being super busy. The woman working the front desk was extremely kind and helpful as well. Highly recommend!

I needed to fix a leak on a tire and they seemed to be the ONLY ones that I could find at the moment that were open on Sundays! The employees were very friendly and thorough! I have been here maybe three times in years past.

They have fast service and they always seem to have the right size tire I need. Whether it's a new or used tire they always have what you need. Alignment s too The prices have gone up but so has. Everyone else. Still reasonable.

Probably the best place for quick and simple tire change/service. Not that busy. Parking lot is not that big. They offer new and used tires.

Good work just slow. 2024 update: slow my ass! They get you in, get work done, get you out! They are very polite and comparable to high end shops (you will find out this IS A HIGH END SHOP!)

I came here because Google said they closed at 5p.m. when I arrived at 3:55p.m. they had secured the gates as they were closing for the day. I drove down Monterey to Rich's tires since Google said they close at 7p.m. and they were in fact open. Vine aquí porque Google dijo que cerraban a las 5 p. m. Super friendly! Guys were knowledgeable, fast and got my tire sensor changed and reprogrammed in 30 minutes! Better prices than anywhere else I went too!

I forget not to go to this location and ended up going there today. First, this place is very untrustworthy. The lady owner lies credit card machine does not work and then she says $8 extra for credit card. Second, she does not issue bill. So no clue on details of charges and prices. I was spellbound. Third, they don’t honor other locations as they are independent franchise I hear. Fourth, the owner says rotation not included for 2 tire purchase unlike other locations. They also dramatize not understand English and feel they can get away with that. Further I came to know they charged 25% more on total compared to Walmart and others. When I called in, I was shocked to hear their beating around the bush talk. Bottom line, They do not care for customers or reviews as I hear. Lastly she lies other things on face smoothly and confidently. The whole experience was utterly pathetic and painful waste of time. I learnt my lesson here - avoid at all costs - not worth overall .

Stopped by to take care of a screw on my rear driver side tire. Everyone was busy, waited around 5 minutes, was asked if I wanted a patch or a plug, opted for the patch and 10 minutes later y was on my way! Cost - $35 Attentive and efficient!

I bought 2 tires from here a month or so ago & I just realized the tires were made in 2008, 16 yrs old ‼Tires after 6yrs old are a hazard wow I drive my family of 5 in my van, COMPLETE SCAMMERS 🥶 TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE

No recomiendo este lugar, hay una señora que está en la parte de adentro le hace falta más empatía con los clientes es una señora que le da pereza atender y es prepotente y tal vez piensa que por que la marca calderon es una de las más conocidas y tienen muchos clientes a futuro su prepotencia y pereza están causando de que otros vayan a otro lugar el cual son mejores.

Rude worker behind the desk, Got quoted a tire and a price when i called for $140 (new) just to pick it up with no installation, when i got there i asked the desk worker for the tire she said to wait for someone to help which i did for about 20 mins, after being helped she then said its going to be $195, had to remind that i dont need installation and asked what happen to my quote over the phone and apparently she never said that, time wasted, bad service and they dont honor prices over the phone. Stay away from this place. I drop off my car few weeks ago to have a check on my tire that is leaking slowly. They told me that the tire valve need to be replaced there is a very tiny leak and they didn’t look on the one that have a plug tire in the middle of the tire. They charge me $25.00 to replace the valve. I came today at the shop to have to check my from tire that they have check few weeks ago and they said that the plug tire is leaking so they charge me another $20.00. Be careful coming over here it’s a rip-off. They don’t accept credit card. If you use your credit they will charge you a $100 fee. This family own shop is smart, rude and rip-off. I always like to support a family own store or shops. Now I have to be really careful dealing this kind of people.

The owner tried to up-sell me on getting engine mounts replaced, without knowing that I just replaced them with brand-new OEM mounts the week before. His claimed proof was that the engine moved when he dropped the clutch. As someone in the automotive industry myself, I say with a lot of confidence that this shop is run by a scammer. Go anywhere else but here.

Pretty rude staff. Very unhelpful and trying to upsell. Had bought a full set of tires that were new ( expensive about 550 per tire) few months back. One tire developed a bubble and I went back as I was promised it will be covered under warranty when they sold me tires. On asking them to get that replaced from Michelin the lady told me no way they would cover this as it’s caused by a road hazard. I asked how do you know coz it’s on the side wall and and no keen rash or anything, it’s pretty new, got no good answer but I was immediately asked if I wanted to buy a used tire instead. Not helpful and never going back. I’ll took my business else where.
