I had a really bad experience with their service, and they didn’t even respond properly when I asked them questions. I went there on 19/06/2024 because all my tires went bad due to bad wheel alignment. I replaced the two front tires, and they worked on my wheel alignment and asked me to come back after 4 weeks for re-check But after a few days, I still felt the car pulling to the right. So, I bought two more tires for the rear and asked them to check the alignment again. They refused and told me to come back in four weeks. When I went back after four weeks and asked them to check the alignment, they told me to wait for an hour or come back tomorrow or next week. I insisted on waiting for an hour because I didn’t want to spend more money on tires. Another employee came, took a look at the report, and said I had crossed the four-week period and they couldn’t do it now. I told him it was still the fourth week, not six weeks. He then pretended to fix the alignment. When I asked for the report, he said he had already brought my vehicle down and couldn’t generate it. But technically, he can still generate the report even after bringing the vehicle down because the system holds all the reports.

I saw few review so i wanted to share my experience i took two vehicle of known initially he was good with tires when it comes to mechanic he is good but the alignment and suspension mechanic and the translator goes with checklist of possible problem and says this is what is causing problem with confidence and when we still have the same problem he comes up with difference cause and gets money from you this guys are better only if you know the problem else its just time and money machine.

Worst diagnosis person you will find ever😂 just says things which he feels is wrong and gets diagnosis fee😂 Updated: i would suggest texas cars in addison or mkr tires in the same royal street

They have to do better with their parts I ordered a part one day was told it would be there in a couple of hours came back in a couple of hours and was told it was going to have to be another two or three days because the part was coming from Seagoville Texas. I had to take off work half a day in order to return for my car repair across town. I feel stupid for paying in advance. Other than that the service was pretty good.

My husband and I were driving on the highway when our tire blew out and our other tires got damaged. C&M Tire & Auto Care took care of our car with fast and friendly service at an extremely reasonable price. Thank you guys so much for your kindness and wonderful service.

Went in to ask for some help, my front bumper was already messed up and had flipped under my car 4 minutes away from this place, so I scrapy scraped my way over and Tony took the piece off for free and was very friendly. Good vibes in the whole place

I went here to see about a grinding noise that I was hearing on my SUV. I was immediately greeted and asked if I needed help. Tony rode w me to listen to my vehicle, and he diagnosed the problem with my brakes and told me the cost w my own parts. He checked again once we got back to the shop. He also told me about the possibility of a rotor replacement once he pulled my tires off. He told me the time it would take him and that he would call me if I did need said rotor and once he was finished. He did indeed call me to inform me of the rotor needing to be replaced and the cost as well if he got the part. I was pleased w the help and service I received here. I will return for future issues should they arise w my vehicular baby. 😁😎

Tire went flat on 635 today. Thank GOD I had enough air to get to 35 and exit Royal Lane. They quickly replaced the tire once they arrived. I was there before 7am since I was in route to work.

Update: they put a plug in to patch my tire...not recommended in Texas and cheap job! Started leeking and no car place will touch it bc of the bad patch job! DON'T TRUST THEM! My family has been going there for past 20 years. We always were treated kindly and was given fair quotes from Moe. Yesterday I went and found out they are under new owners and Moe is not there. 1. Oil change was $60, and they didnt fill up any of my other fluids. My windshield fluid and radiator coolant were very low. 2. My breaks have a little sound to them and it was noticeable when they backed my car up. (No shaking or grinding sound at all with it, breakpads were replaced by them in June) they said I need new pads bc it was making a sound. I had to ask if they even looked at them 🤔Then gave me a quote that was the same as the Kia Dealership (who we all know Dealership prices are more expensive) 3. I had purchased two tired a while back from them and two from Discount Tire. Back when I purchased them from Moe, he said I get a 3year warranty. If they go bad or get damaged he can replace it. I ask them here if they could tell me which tires are under warranty with them, bc my front right tire has gone low twice in two months. He was not able to tell me which tires were theirs nor did he replace it under warranty. He pached it and made it out like he did me a favor for not charging me. Btw Discount Tire never charges for patch jobs regardless if the tire is from them. I did call Discount Tire after and THEY were able to identify which tires were thiers over the phone. Point is their quote for tires was the same as most places, they didnt honor the warranty nor do they keep adequate records. 4. Felt like they just thought I was a stupid little white girl they could up charge. Which was a horrible feeling. Was VERY disappointed and my family will NOT go to them again. 20+years of love, trust, and memories at that shop...crushed in one day. Very sad.
