This place deserves 10 stars.. I am very impressed with the level of service I received from this facility. I was treated like part of the family. I would like to give a big thanks to Tim the owner and his staff, they went above and beyond to take care of my repairs. I haven't seen this level of professionalism in decades. I will be coming back their to get my unit serviced.. Thanks again "Great Job"..

Took my abc Peterbilt there today for an alignment. They literally went above and beyond for me! Owner Tim is GREAT. Made me feel very welcomed. Hey even gave me snacks a great family owned business!

We had an ongoing issue with a low coolant code. Brought it in and within an hour, the issue was diagnosed and repairs to fix it began. Tim, the owner, cooked and fed us lunch. All of his employees were genuine and knowledgeable people. We felt welcome the entire time. As if our experience couldn’t have been better, Tim offered to print anything of our 8 year old’s choice with their 3D printer. 10000/10 recommend this shop to anyone needing repairs or maintenance done.

Tim and Jennifer Hind owners of this fine establishment did a full cab swap on my 2016 international pro star I’m 110% satisfied with the cab swap repair I watched through FaceTime, and pictures the process in its entirety everything was repaired very neatly and professionally. After the job was done, I got the perfect home away from home . Many thanks to the guys and ladies for the quality work done. I will recommend them highly they care , they showed compassion and overall concern for my well-being.I’m so glad they completed this work my other cab was on its last leg and I couldn’t make any other repairs besides changing it out they explained the process before I left to go home to Texas while the repairs were being completed. I will use there services when ever I need truck repair in the Dalton Ga, area thank you again.

This is definitely NOT the average deisel shop. Short version: These are the guys you have always wanted to find. It starts at the top with Tim Hinds, the owner. He's a brilliant mechanic, teacher, philosopher, bard (story teller), cook, and all around descent human being. He has built a really strong team around him in his shop with people who are likewise very professional, skilled, and care about their work and the people who need that work. I can't mention every name, but Nick the Service Manager and Dean the Shop Foreman were not giving up until my battle with a feckless aftermarket warranty company was won. It took 17 days of fighting to get down to the vital 8 hours of actual work to get us on our way. The guys at the shop never got annoyed (with us), never backburnered the dozens of hoops the warranty company required, and got us back on the road without letting a single extra night go by once the warranty games were over. I walked away from what could only be described as an ordeal with several new friends and a Cat C9 that runs like new. I'll be making C&M my annual stop for service on my 20 ton motorhome from now on.
