I’m going to start by saying if you choose to go to them DON’T GET ROBBED‼️‼️‼️ because if you let them they will get you for sure… Im about to tell you the good and bad from my experience and I have all receipts… yesterday I was out looking for either 2 used tires or 2 new tires. I started in Walmart $200 for 2 brand new tires with taxes but they only had one $80 without tax and they were packed so they asked me to set an appointment for the next day. I told him I need 2 so no go thanks. I got this tire shop number off google I called them the older guy picked up. I asked if they had my tire size and how much if so… he said I have 1 cheap tire and 2 new tires…how much for the 2 new tires he says $140… I said I’m otw… I pull up go in the office and when it comes time to pay for the it he say $140 a piece… I said no I just left a $80 brand new Goodyear tire at Walmart… he said you should go back and see if they have one at another store so I’ll have 2 new tire I said good idea… how much to put them on if I get them… I want to keep one old tire and get rid of the spare tire and use it he said $30 plus a little more for the spare. I head to Walmart but ended up seeing a tire sale sign at Midas they had 2 brand new tires $185 I bought them better than paying $140 for one and then I seen his computer if I’m not mistaken it said they purchased the tire for $80 and to sale for $130 😒 I’m like you added a extra $10 lol… but that wasn’t it… I could have had Midas put them on but I was trying to be genuine and pay him for something since I didn’t buy his tires and he gave me an idea even though I didn’t use it… it took about an hour it was one other car when I got there… I remember they jacked it up and took the tires off pretty quick while grabbed my drill to let the spare down under the car real quick… then the old guy watched me get down on my hands and knees to disconnect the cable he didn’t stop the customer from his hands dirty… inspected my brakes sat down for a minute and started to think what’s taking so long, I might as well walk across the street to this burger spot… after they put the tire on and I got back on my hands and knees getting my hands dirty putting the spare back. I went in the office the lady was behind the desk with my invoice lol she said $90 I said for what I bought my own tires for labor… I told her he quoted me a price around $30 that’s way off… he came in the office and said $30 a tire for him to put on 🤯… I said why are you not giving me the total price if I’m asking for a quote for 2 this makes the second time I ask for a quote and you give me the wrong price… he tell me I’m trying to be cheap that’s why like he don’t work at a discount tire shop lol and you lied and said one tire 😒 never I said there’s one at Walmart and Im going to see if they can find another one at the other store like he told me to… I was either coming back with 2 tires or not at all… after me telling him he trying to robb me and Walmart charge $11 to put a tire on he changed the price to $60 he still robbing but I was ready to go but b4 I paid I asked for a price listing to no how much they charge for example a oil change price, rotate and balance price, etc. she immediately got angry with an attitude saying she about to call the police lol I said call them I’m the one being robbed y’all just writing any price that pop in your head the price on the invoice don’t even add up smh

Had a tire that I ran over a chunk of wood and it wasn’t repairable. Used my roadside to be towed here based on google reviews. The service was super fast, the price fair for an excellent condition used tire. I couldn’t find any new tires in stock for my car anywhere near the price I got here. I was in and out in under an hour. The worker who actually replaced my tire was very friendly despite a language barrier. I like that the inside has fish and house plants and religious shrines that give it a family owned homey touch.

I recently went to get my tire repaired. The tire technician, who was bald with a tattoo on his head, informed me that I needed a new tire instead of just a repair. He charged me for two patches, although he initially mentioned that it needed three. On my way back from Fabens, TX, my tire warning icon appeared. I barely made it to another tire shop in Horizon. The tire technician there showed me that the same tire only had one patch, and it was poorly done, as it was leaking. However, the first technician charged me for two patches. I am unsure if the office person is aware of this situation, but I will not be returning. I am concerned about how many customers they might be overcharging for patches and other bad business.

Went there earlier this morning and honestly I was extremely impressed. They offered a solution before and after seeing my tire and fixed it quickly. Other tire places try to con you into other things like your tire needs to be replaced or offering financing for a new tire. This place and personnel handled business accordingly. Definitely will recommend to other people I know.

Don’t expect to receive good service here unless you’re also Hispanic. Came here to do a state inspection (my wife suggested it.) I stood outside for 15 minutes behind a woman doing the same thing, before going back to my car to get out of the cold wind. The workers saw me standing there and ignored me. 2 Hispanic women pull up in front of me and are immediately helped by one of the workers. One of them even cut in front of me to do her inspection. If you’re a minority in El Paso, you’re probably better off going somewhere else.

Manager was very disrespectful and went as far as attempting to gaslight me for a mistake he made on an emissions report that I asked politely to fix. There were many ways this could've been handled, and they chose to handle it with belligerent arguing. Disappointing experience, manager could do better, won't be returning here anymore.

The short bald manager with glasses is so rude. He comes out yelling at me to move my car because I parked by the tire service station. He could have easily asked politely but he gives a bad unwelcomed first impression. He ignores you when you wait inside to ask for help. When he finally asks rudely what I needed, he hastedly checked my flat tire and said it would be $35 to fix a simple screw to be removed. He walks away without waiting to see If I want the service or not. Instead I took my business to a tire shop in the lower valley where they charged me $8 and I was done in 5 minutes. This rude guy is really great at turning away business. If he is so unhappy he should not be the face of this auto shop. Never going there again.

They improperly installed an oil filter with no seal on my vehicle and it caused my engine to leak a large amount of oil and when I brought it to an actual professional repair shop they told me that it’s ridiculous this shop couldn’t do the basic of an oil change. I would highly recommend any other shop. When I called them all they said was sorry nothing else.

Thought it was expensive. 20 dollars for a regular patch. 30 for a special one. Overall the tire got fixed. Open on easter weekend.

Went to get a tire and they told me a new tire was 125$ and I asked for a used and the guy said it was the same price 🙃lmao definitely do not recommend.
