C&M go above and beyond for their customers. They do quality work and have great customer service. Took my Dads 1977 Chevy Silverado C20 to them for service and repair. The mechanism for the hood release had broken, and the truck had stalled and wouldn't start. They fixed the hood release, found out what was wrong and got it fixed and running again. They even attached new mirrors that my Dad had ordered for it at his request. I definitely recommend their service.

William took care of my family and got us back on the road in time for the holidays. The inspection was thorough with photo/descriptions available to help us keep eyes on the repair process. Veteran operated and reasonable.

I wouldn’t recommend this place they were unclear about charging me to keep my car until I could get it towed out and ended up charging me to evaluate the car then they charged me storage fees on top

Over priced and not great people. Didn't fix the problem I was having and also broke my seat. Wanted to over charge for something they broke. Horrible. Negative 5 stars if I could. Would not recommend. Horrible business. Don't go there. They don't know what the hell they're doing.

It was a little after 5 and most of the shops were closed or closing. I was going out of town and I had 2 bent wheels that I needed replaced .I couldn't find a shop that was still open and would help me. I stopped at C&M and they were just ready to close the gate, the front door was already locked. I told JP what I needed and he said no problem . Half an hour later I back on the road.. And he is the owner. You don't get that kind of service anymore and rarely do you get the owner to work on your car. 5 stars all the way.

Outstanding customer service! My battery died and my car wouldn't start on a Saturday at 5P. The auto shop was closed, but JP, the owner, still answered the phone. He went above and beyond the call of duty when he told me he would wait for AAA to come and give me a jump start so that I could drive my car to his shop to get a new battery so that I wouldn't have to be without my car for the weekend. As soon as I got there, his staff had me in and out in 15 minutes. Now that is what I call customer service. I am definitely a new customer, and raving fan of C & M Automotive Repair!

I was told if I dropped my car off before they close they would get on it first thing in the morning. It was dropped off at 3:45pm ish. They did not touch my car until 2pm next day for a super late diagnostic. 12 hours later just to tell me fuel pump bad and they can’t fix today or next day. They tried to charge me $348.30 for labor and $252 for parts. I got the parts next day $170 and put it in within 20 minutes. So these guys were going to charge me over $600 in labor that only took 20 minutes tops. That being said they are not an honest shop and they charge waaaaaaayyyyyyyyyyyyyy too much. I do not recommend anyone to go to this place. “AUTOMOTIVE YOU CANT TRUST”.

Very good communication here. Octavio helped me with a quote over the phone let me know he could finish the repair same day and i had my car back within an hour. Very helpful and made me feel comfortable. He even stayed later since i wasn’t able to pick up my car until a little after closing. Gave me a quote on something else i needed. I really appreciate this service so much thanks guys :)

Everybody over here is always very polite and very professional. As a woman, it’s all too easy to be taken advantage of by a mechanic. I’ve had it happen. At C&M, they’ll literally walk me out to my car and show me what’s wrong with it so I can have the best understanding of what’s going on. Will definitely keep doing business here.

I had a blowout on my way to a concert and had my car towed to C & M after hours. I had to leave my car parked there and used their after hours Dropbox. I called the next morning and they were already attending to my vehicle. I gave them the required tire size, which was a higher end performance tire and they located the tire got it delivered to the shop and had me on the road that day. The service was top notch and the customer service was excellent, very friendly and professional. I would not hesitate one second when it comes to recommending them as your first choice for service, as these days it seems harder and hard is to find “that” shop that you put in your contact as the “go to” when in need. Now I’m very particular when it comes to working on my car and they ARE my 1st choice. My Thanks and Appreciation goes out to them again!! C & M Automotive Repair Specialists. If they are not your first choice then second best is what is left.

I have used C&M for several years for the service of my vehicles and am always happy with the personal service and work done on my cars. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, the work is done in a timely manner and done right the first time. Their prices are very comparable and fair. We recently had some work done on a different car to change the headlight bulbs on a 2007 Mercedes R320 and it was done in a timely manner even though the work was involved. Always great service.

I was stranded with family with flat tire. I went in here and the guy working there quickly came to our aid in a very friendly manner. Needles to say, these guys got my business going forward. Let me tell you. I've been coming here for 11 years. I have never felt so strongly about a business in my life. I trust this place and the owner and the workers. They lay everything out for you and don't hide anything. The quality of communication and service that you will receive is likely to exceed expectations. When I had to switch out for a newer car my immediate was to ask the owner their opinion. They were so helpful and made me feel so at ease. And I know that they'll make you feel the same way too! 🥇
