I had my first oil change at Byers Mazda. They were fast, which is a huge upgrade from the last dealer I used for my oil change. I also really liked that you could see prices when you scheduled online.

From setting up a test drive to leaving with my brand new car, I could not have asked for better service. I knew what I wanted when I set up my test drive. When I arrived, they had that vehicle ready and waiting. They did a fantastic job of finding the best deal for financing and made an normally arduous process a breeze.

Had check engine light on, stated low oil pressure. Was supposedly fixed, 2 days later check engine light back on, have to wait over the weekend to make another appointment to wait and have the check engine light diagnosed, another $100.00 to get it diagnosed plus what ever it will cost to fix. After my first review I received a phone call from Byers Mazda about my check engine light, they had an opening the same day with a loaner car waiting for me. Took the car in and “Stevie” was waiting for me to let me know there would be no charge for diagnose. Got a phone call later in the afternoon from the service manager and the car was fixed at NO charge! Things happen, but Byers made it right for their customers.

I've had my Mazda serviced at Byers regularly since I purchased it. I appreciate using a team who knows the quirks of my vehicle make and model. I make appointments online, which is appreciated even though the online service request system can be a little cumbersome. I find the service team to be professional and friendly. They have always explained to me what they find, including what needs to be done and what can wait to be performed later. This service, I waited on-site for a routine oil change, tire rotation, and check up. It took about an hour, as expected. The waiting area was clean and comfortable.

The service department is always friendly and helpful. They don't try to up sale unnecessary services and I feel valued as a customer. The waiting area has TV, snacks and beverages and the facility is always very clean, including the restroom. I really like the Mazda brand and have found it to be very reliable. Whenever something has needed repaired, Byers Mazda has been right on it and gotten it quickly fixed. It's easy to make appointments at a convenient time and they are very good with communicating what to expect. Thank you for a great experience.

The service man worked with the original dealer and was able fix the key as well as determining the computer issue which occurred after installing the Mazda App.

Everyone is always very nice and welcoming. They explain processes throughly. I waited in the waiting area which has a coffee machine and several snack options and is always clean and comfortable.

I purchased my car here in 2020 and had a great experience for my first car purchase and have been getting it serviced here ever since. Everyone at Byers has always been very helpful and my vehicle is serviced quickly. Recently I had some repairs that were needed and my car was just out of my warranty and they worked with me to find a solution. Ken is always great to work with and takes the time to explain the repairs, I’m an engineer and appreciate the detail he goes into explaining them! I will definitely be getting my next car here again.
