Took my BMW for diagnostics on overheating issue. Car is been sitting at the body shop for a month, no resolution found, Been Advised to add coolant overtime.. Agreed on $60 diagnostics fee, but payed $184, because it's been "serviced" more time than expected. Took the car home, and found several Scratches along the body on both sides. Big Dent on the front bumper and drivers carpet logo been torn. Regret taking my car to this location, Very Disappointed about the dent on the bumper, and the scratches on the car. Will not be servicing my car at this location... A week later car started overheating again.. Took my car to another shop, and after half an hour and pressure test, they found a leak in my water pump. They Replaced my water pump and flushed the system, and it's running great now.

After eight months for a ten hour transmission swap, my car is in worse shape now than ever. After having trusted Gordon previously, it seems to have been an error in judgement. Atrocious service, avoid at all costs.

Bought our late 90's 328 convertible is 2002. It has been driven as a summer only ride since that time. Started going to Gordon because he had a strong history as a factory BMW mechanic and he is local to East County. He has maintained and serviced the car for 20 years. Excellent care, fair prices, and never a problem in all that time. I don't know where we would go if he ever retires.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! I don't know what the heck is up with the rest of the reviews this is by far the worst experince I've had. I am taking my car and filing a claim against Gordon's insurance. My car wouldn't start so I had it towed here. Had I seen the place and the junkyard of BMW's I would have never left it here. I brought it in December 4th and I called every other week and it's been over 6 months and it wasn't fixed. well I finally went down there and saw my car front end was completely damaged he said he accidently hit the front end. This man doesn't know what the heck he is doing. Other than not starting the car was in perfect condition. Just look at the pictures and how aweful he is to my car.

Gordon was great to work with. My BMW Roadster needed a number of fixes, from minor to major. Gordon kept at it until everything was addressed. The car runs great now. I’ll admit it definitely doesn’t look like a traditional mechanics shop, but we did get great service on a fairly reasonable turnaround.

Sent my car there for a diagnosis, took 6 months and didnt get anywhere. Took out the brake module thinking it was the ecu which he said was the issue. Sent my ecu elsewhere and ecu is perfect. Not a happy camper

Don't expect shiny floors and coffee break rooms. This guy gives the most reasonable prices in the area, while getting the job done. If you're looking for a cheap Indy, definitely an option.
