I cannot recommend this tire shop enough! I went in because all 4 of my tires were showing low pressure, and I was certain one had a nail in it. Not only did they fix the issue, but they went above and beyond in ways I didn’t expect. They patched the nail in my tire, replaced the air caps on all of my tires, and even cleaned my rims—all completely free of charge! This was right before the holidays, and their kindness and generosity truly saved me both time and money. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, making the whole experience so pleasant. Thank you for the exceptional service!

On June 26, 2024 .I purchased rims and tires for my Jeep from Butler Tires. The representative, Mahan, confidently assured my father and me that these would be a perfect fit. Unfortunately, since the installation, I've encountered constant issues. I've returned to Butler Tires seven times, and in the most recent visit, they kept my Jeep for over three weeks. They promised me extensive repairs to improve the ride and assured me that the vehicle would be in perfect working condition. However, since getting it back, my Jeep has been alarmingly unstable and unsafe to drive on the highway. I reported that the steering is erratic, making it dangerous to be on the road with others. I even expressed my fear of veering off into a ditch, but they seemed indifferent to my concerns for safety and the quality of their products. They suggested to my father that we buy more rims, despite him already spending a substantial sum with them based on their initial assurances of safety. When pressed for answers, they had none. Requests to speak with managers seemed pointless, as the staff appeared disorganized and uninterested in customer satisfaction. This business seems solely focused on selling products and making money without ensuring the customer's safety on the road. The way they handle customer issues is very concerning, especially after I've spent thousands of dollars with them and have the receipts to prove it.

I had a bad wheel bearing they told me I had a bad tires I paid 2k for the tires and still had the same problem so I was beat of my money then I came in contact with Danny butler and we planned to do more biz to make it right so as I perpair to buy a set of wheels and tires things didn't work out so I left my review an as he view it he began to text my phone and made feel very uncomfortable see for urself

Thank you Cliff! I appreciate the quick and honest service on 12/30/24. I had a slow leak in my tire due to a small screw. I stopped by to see if the tire needed to be replaced and they quickly repaired for free while I waited. A+ service. I will be a future customer. Thanks again

Usually have had great experiences with Butler Tire, but this last time I went in for a rim repair. All was fine picked up the car, but the mechanic working on the car took all the components of the trunk / spare tire apart and I could not get the trunk to close. Had to take it back in and took them like an hour to fix because it was a busy day. Just super inconvenient and should probably be added to some sort of check out audit process.
