I recently had an oil change here, and it was an excellent experience! I also had my brakes replaced, and the service was incredibly fast and efficient. Marcos, the owner, is fantastic—he's not only friendly but also takes the time to explain everything in detail and break down the pricing. The transparency and professionalism really stood out. Plus, their oil change prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend coming here for quality service!

I've been coming here for years, I trust Marcos to be honest about what my car needs and whether it can wait or not. They are fast, cheaper than Midas, and the waiting room is clean with free water and sodas and a tv.

Nice and newly renovated office. The customer service at this location is top tier. If there are any issues with your car, the manager/ personnel will address them immediately and if under warranty, at little to no additional cost. If you are looking for a trustworthy mechanic, Marco and his technicians will take good care of your vehicle at a reasonable cost.

I highly recommend these guys at both locations. I've been going here for a few years now and have never had any problems. It's always quick and fast and the price is always reasonable. I don't feel like they ever try to get over on me, if any extra work is recommended, they always show me what they are talking about. As a woman customer, I really appreciate that. Busy Buggy no longer at this location. They moved 1/2 block to the East to a much larger location behind the 24 hour "Busy Bee" tire shop. A Japanese grocery store is here now.

Called them on trip back to Montana while we were driving through Vegas, explained our situation and how we needed to drop our pickup off to get rear differential fixed and would be back in couple weeks. Carlos was absolutely amazing, great customer service, very friendly, great at communicating what was needed and prices, and he even stayed late so that I was able to meet him: Plus they are very reasonably priced!! Definitely would recommend!!!

We had our Mustang towed into the shop and as soon as we arrived the mechanic drove the car and put it up to diagnose the issue. Nice clean friendly place with free drinks and ice cream. A real winner

Do not bring your car to Busy Buggy for any work done. They do not honor their work and will blame you when they mess up and deny they did anything wrong even if you prove it was their fault. Long story short the only reason I took my car to these guys was because they were close to the hotel I was staying at. I had them install a turbo which lead to needing to install other parts that should have been installed with the turbo but they did not do it the first time because they didn't have the parts. Then they complained to me that they won't warranty anything because I was bringing them the needed parts to fix my car even though they said they don't have the parts in stock which meant I had to bring them the parts. Do you see how messed up their logic is? On top of that they charged me to install the additional parts that should have been done the first time. On the last time I took my car to them they messed up and installed the turbo wastegate controller incorrectly because 2 out of the 3 hoses were loose and on top of that they completely forgot to reinstall the exhaust hose. This is where Busy Buggy really showed their true colors. I showed them I had to pay another mechanic to fix their shoddy work and they did not want to reimburse me. I felt they should have given me a full refund on their labor since I paid for labor and that entails proper installation. Which they clearly did not do. They went back to the warranty argument but I never mentioned anything about a defective part. The problem here was their work not the part I brought them. Your job as a mechanic is to properly fix people's cars which they did not do. I got no refund. I did not bother to argue with them because they clearly are crooks and there's no point in arguing with dishonest people. Do not take your cars here. They will mess up the job and then charge you when you have to come back. They will treat you like you owe them something. I paid them nearly $1000 and they treated me like I was some bum that was trying to freeload. I heard they were moving locations, avoid them where ever they go. I was lucky enough to not trust them and took it to another mechanic when I spotted the issue. I might have destroyed my turbo or gotten into an accident because of their negligence if I hadn't spotted the issue early. I will never go back and you should never come here.

I started coming here after a terrible experience with a much fancier shop. These guys are fast, fair, and reasonably priced. They dont try to upsell or perform work that isnt indicated. As a bonus, when you ask a question they answer informatively without being condescending or rude.

So I brought my truck in for an oil change and I was happy with the service then my taillight went out so I brought it in and dude charged me sixty five bux to check my lights he took them apart and told me I had a bad light well the wires came apart it all it was and he wanted to replace the light super shady place and I won’t go back

They Should be called “Expensive Buggy,” or better yet, “Over-priced Buggy.” Service is ok, but “extremely” over-priced. Other shops are much cheaper, for the same service. But, all is choice when it comes to on how you prefer spending your hard earning money, best of luck guys!!! Ps: Just shop around using “Google” you’ll compare pricing of various shops, don’t settle :-)
