Mike’s Busy Bots Auto Repair is the best car repair shop I ever had. He provides excellent repair service promptly and is always looking for the best and lowest cost parts. His experience working for past employers like Chrysler gives him skills few mechanics ever achieve. He always trying to help customers get the best results for their vehicles for the best price. His shop is unlike many repair places that are obviously focused only on increasing their profits. He always has a big smile on his face and in his voice! I've known the manager of this shop, Mike, for many years. I've taken multiple vehicles to him and he's always been honest and does his best to save his customers $$$ wherever he can. MAN WHAT A DAY. 4PM on a Friday my car had troubles and I went to two auto shops that couldn’t take a look at my car until Monday SO I called this place not expecting much until Mike picked up. He helped me tremendously by taking a look right away and by explaining what he thought was wrong AND had a contagiously good attitude through and through. I don’t know how I could’ve smiled in that situation but Mike was just that good :’) thank you!

Mike is absolutely amazing. I have been to so many dealerships and constantly feel that I get quoted outrageous prices and given the run around. Once I found mikes busy bots auto repair he was able to provide every service required with no issue, his communication is top tier and I will always bring my vehicle to his shop. Mike is really honest and transparent. Always giving the safest and best advice and actively trying to help the customer, saw him help like 4 people before me and all of us got treated with the same honesty, respect, and jokes he’s got. Really awesome dude.

This is the second time I went to see Mike at Busy Bots. My Ford Edge is old, but I can officially say I found a local trust worth auto shop. Mike takes timebto explain everything as to not get any surprises. Great communications through out the process. Completed jobs have exceeded my expectations. Love this place.

my Camaro brakes have been squealing ever since i got my rear brakes and rear rotors replaced by busy bots team on September 22 2023 I contacted them and what really makes it bad is my brakes weren’t squealing before going i went in for something else which lead to them recommending i get rotors and brakes replaced which they were low and i did but when i left they were squealing went back multiple times they just add jell here i am still stuck trying to figure out what it is i realized when i clean my brakes they stop for about 2 hours moral of the story i didn't have this problem until i let there team touch my brakes i even gave a good review but after all this time i feel i should speak up to this it’s insane just blows my mind i never have had a good mechanic always something else wrong all of a sudden or always trying to get more money a at this point i feel like mechanic wants your car to break down
