No initiative whatsoever. I just moved in town and was looking for a potential long-term mechanic. I called and asked if they accept GWC Warranty, and the representative who answered (a male Hispanic) said he didn’t know — and would not look to confirm if they did or didn’t (stating I’d have to bring in the car and they would call GWC from there). I explained that GWC already told me that any mechanic which works with, and accepts, GWC warranties would be acceptable from their end. Basically, all I needed to know is if this company would accept GWC or not. If the representative would have taken a moment or two to verify if they accept this warranty, they may have had a long-term customer. When I calmly said I’ll just look elsewhere if they can’t answer my simple question, the representative said ok and let me go without any hesitation. Disappointed at the lazy approach; complete lack of interest in new business; and this representative’s cavalier attitude. I won’t be returning here or recommending this place to anyone (probably the contrary if anyone should ever ask me for a local recommendation).

AMAZING. I’ve used them in the past and may be forgetting some names but Richard and TOBIAS! Amazing help both times I’ve needed them. They did a repair on my last vehicle and it was quick and a fair price. I’m also a 25 year old female - women can definitely visit without any concerns of being absolutely ripped off, because we all know how most mechanics try to upsell women if said woman is not an expert. This time around they’re doing a repair on my current vehicle and have helped so immensely with the communication with my insurance. Again with a fair price for a pretty substantial amount of work (at least I think it’s substantial as someone who doesn’t know jacksht Lol). And another quick turnaround. I can’t recommend them enough. Thank you to the team at busy boots!

Went to 3 different places to get a smog before coming here and all of the smog machine were “down” . Went inside had excellent customer services . Great waiting area. Super friendly staff . And the smog machine was working . Def would come back and recommend to a friend

Absolutely loved my experience with Busy Boots! Staff was friendly, knowledgeable and kept me updated throughout the entire servicing. Got my car fixed in about 2 hours or less!

I visited this shop on a prayer they could fix my right taillight in a hurry. It was my 16 year old son’s driving test and of course the brake light was out. The dmv lady was so kind to let us try to fix it within 30ish minutes. I ran to the nearest shop which happened to be here. Irma greeted me and calmed my frantic plea for help, Tobias and Howard were the mechanics on the scene and immediately all three of them said, “don’t worry, we got you.” Howard moved my car immediately started replacing it with Tobias. Irma was so sweet that she said, in the event it’s something more complex or if we were crunched for time she offered HER OWN TRUCK!! Who does that?! I was floored. Luckily, it took them 5 minutes to replace it. Howard checked everything else out and we were good to go with ample time to spare. My son and I will never forget this. The care, the concern, the service. You don’t find a lot of genuine people like that these days. I will be making this my new go to shop. And to Irma, Howard, and Tobias, my son passed the drive test with flying colors! We are so happy to have met all of you. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. You literally saved the day. 🫶🏼

I've been going here since moving back to Vegas a couple of years ago. This last time I went to repair oil leaks on my Yukon. I had some concerns that the issues weren't entirely fixed. A little frustrated I contacted the owner "Hamid" who's number is on the front desk. As soon as I contacted him I received a call from Irma who took over the situation and went above and beyond to get to the bottom of what the issue was. Irma was very friendly, informative and very concerned with resolving the issues with my Yukon. Great honest, clean work from the mechanics and awesome customer service from Irma and Hamid. Thank you Busy Boots. I will definitely be back and continue to refer people to a company that stands behind their work and warranties.

As a person who is unfamiliar with cars and absolutely despises having to go to any mechanics, I based my decision to come into Busy Boots based on the good reviews they have, which if you’re coming in for a simple oil change, I can see how they knock it out of the park. However, when it comes to diagnosing any major issues with your car, I’m questioning if this place is a reliable source. I never want to bash a business for no reason, I appreciate the way they explain everything to you but can’t help but feel taken advantage of. I’ve already put in a total of $5,000 worth of repairs just to end up with a car that now needs a new engine due to an oil leak they somehow weren’t able to see or know about the first time I brought it in? It took a third visit and having my father to come in for me and demand you to make things right, you drop the cost of a new USED engine from $4500 to $2500? If this was a job outside of your comfort zone or knowledge, that’s all you could’ve said. This is a bad look for this company and is such a slap in the face when I was willing do what I could so I can get back to work. Thanks for offering a free inspection on the used car I’ll have to end up purchasing, but that does nothing for me. I don’t have a problem putting money into a car, but it was a poor job and oversight on your part that I now have to pay even more for. You guys are responsible for the maintenance & upkeep of peoples livelihoods, take ownership when the job isn’t done to the highest standard and make it right. No matter how you spin it or explain it, this falls on you. If anything, I hope this serves as constructive criticism for this company and a warning to anyone else hoping to find a reliable mechanic. I was looking forward to making this the one place I can trust and come to consistently. I look forward to your response. Thank you.

I am from Massachusetts and just moved to Vegas. I had an extremely awesome mechanic shop there. They never sold me anything i did not need. Never frauded or gouged me. Always gave me good prices. Made things happen with service and warranty i never thought was possible. Treated me like family. Also was quick to fulfill my needs and quickly as time is money. I read a lot online about mechanic shop that will screw you in Vegas. I saw the sign for Busy Boots and decided to check them out and damn !!! They are a carbon copy of my mechanic shop in Mass. Tobias is incredible with great knowledge and a mind like a steel trap. I have only known Busy Boots for about 48 hours and left feeling like i have been with them for 10 years. Highly recommend them even if you have to drive from Henderson or Sunrise Manor to get things fixed- well worth the gas and time for quality service. Above and beyond the call of duty don’t even begin to describe it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This shop is one of those hidden vegas gems as they say!!!!!

I took my 2014 Jeep Compass their to smog and find out why check engine light and fuel sensor light would come on and then eventually the fuel light would go off, and then check engine light would go off, recommendation was smog first, get codes, then I had three recommendations to fix, throttle and throttle body gasket $1,000. 2. Front brake pads and rotors $500. 3. Radiator hoses and empty and put fresh Anti freeze. I needed to have my Jeep smogged and registered by September 9, 2024 3 days away, didn't even have enough money to fix for smog. Busy Boots recommended two lines of credit? Did the first one and found out I had used them before and owed 362.00 on a brake and rotor job I had done in Victorville, California on a 2015 Mitsubishi Mirage DE. The credit company came down to 218.18 and I paid it off. The second credit company gave me 550.00 and that gave me enough to pay for smog repair, I will be back for front brake pads and rotors after I get money to do that? It is a friendly place to go. Waiting room is clean, restrooms clean, nice little restaurant area with free flavored coffee, tea, bottled water, cans of cold Sprite, Orange soda, Coke. Also Ice cream, drum sticks, ice cream bars and homemade chocolate chip cookies!!!!!!;)

Recently came in for work done to help me pass smog. Besides the check engine light being on, the check TRANS light was blinking also! After talking about the process, payment options and the route to take, they managed to get the repairs done, along with a passing smog and no more pulsations while breaking! There's still alot more to be done, but the main things were fixed by busy boots and I'll be coming back for advanced repairs that I can't do.

Had trouble with my Acura dying out, had it towed in for them to diagnose it. Turns out it was a bad fuel pump with a recommendation to replace the fuel filter as well. She was fixed the same day and now runs great again.

I have always been treated with care and patience when I have my vehicle serviced here. They are lightening fast for oil changes. I usually get out in under 20 minutes. I had them do my brakes last week, they had my front rotors and pads replaced in less than an hour and that included the oil change. Appreciate the waiting area, comfy and helps pass the time. They offer drinks, snacks and WIFI.

I needed a fast oil change and they got me in without having to make an appointment. I had my oil and filter changed, air filter replaced, and tires rotated in roughly 30 minutes. Perfect visit before leaving out of town.

My Honda had a tough time dealing with the heat this summer. I dropped it off at Busy Boots at 10am Tuesday last week, it was ready and blowing ice cold air by 2pm. Great service and very friendly.

They have a nice waiting room that offers various drinks. They showed me how worn down my pads and rotors were. I was back on my way in a timely manner. Very happy with how friendly everyone is.

After driving my car for 1,000 miles after repair at this shop, I am satisfied that the issue (overheating car) was addressed and never occurred again. I am satisfied that they diagnosed it properly, and were transparent and upfront what needed to be repaired. I am satisfied with their service and can recommend them for their professionalism.

Being treated honest is what’s important. They are always nice and take the time to explain the repairs so I’m not confused with what they are doing. It’s very easy to pickup your vehicle I’m literally in and out within minutes. Big fan of the snacks they offer while waiting, thanks again everyone for taking care of my car.

Had a big problem with my car taking turns. It would feel like it was dragging in the back end. I opted to replace my back shocks and do an oil change. It takes corners perfectly now. Thank you for taking car of my car.

They are always friendly and get me in and on my way with my oil changes. I always wait until last minute and they quickly will get me out in under 30 minutes. The waiting room is beautiful, they offer snacks and WiFi while waiting.

This is my wife and I's mechanic shop. They've always been fair and honest, never pushing us to get unwarranted repairs, pricing is always fair, and their service is quick despite how busy they can get. Their waiting room is nice if you need to stick around. I see no reason to go anywhere else for anything car related! I want to specifically shout out Tobias, he's always on top of things and keeps us in the know about where our car is needing attention.
