These guys are awesome! 🙌. Hit a rock in my way back from the prison in my Canyon County Sheriff's Office Van and it flattened the back left tire. I managed to make it to Buss Automotive and their mechanics came out and asked if I needed help with the tire and I said yes please! They changed the tire for me and got me back on the road at no charge!😎. Once again, thank you for your help 🙌. You guys are awesome 💯😎

Responsive communications and very reasonable labor/parts charges. However, power steering return line was cut to replace steering box, spliced with rubber tubing that split because the cut was not deburred. Took out pump, and Joe refused to "take the blame" and told me to take my truck somewhere else, then hung up on me. Ridiculous for an ASE mechanic, shoddy workmanship.

Buss is the ONLY place Ill take my cars in the valley!!! I moved out of Boise and will still drive back to go to Buss!! Jo is the only honest mechanic Ive met. If youve been told something expensive , go to Buss for a second opinion. 9 times out of 10 they will save you time and money. Quality, fair, and honest work is what you can expect here .

In the past, I would take my car to the dealer I purchased it from, and they would overcharge for diagnosis only, resulting in NOT getting my car fixed as needed. I took my car to BUSS and got charged a fair price for the time worked and part only. I was THRILLED to find out I was going to pay $160.99, instead of $3000. I HIGHLY recommend!

Joe Buss has been my entire family’s mechanic for years. I almost don’t like to share this secret because he truly is the best in the valley! That said I am just not a gatekeeper of great service. I couldn’t be happier with the care he has taken of our family. Car troubles don’t feel like a burden knowing I can always trust our incredible mechanic.

A good mechanic is one of those things that once you find, you are so very grateful for. I have gone here for over a decade after getting their recommendation from someone I trust and respect greatly. Buss automotive is honest - which is THE most important quality in a mechanic (besides proficiency and they are excellent there as well). They are also a local small business and I enjoy giving them my business. I wouldn't think of going somewhere else, and I have lived all around Boise. Joe (the owner) is trustworthy, friendly and professional. His staff is great too. I recommend Buss to anyone who asks for a mechanic in this area and I have for many years.

Attention Acura/Honda owners….Take your car/SUV to BUSS and save ridiculous money over the stealership. Buss just did our timing belt/water pump/new serpentine/external oil pump re-seal on 2014 Acura RDX. Saved us a THOUSAND dollars and did bang-up job showing photos of work done. Can’t recommend Joe and his Team enough. Thank You!

Joe The owner is great. He's down to earth and doesn't take advantage of you. If you live or work by Gowen Field, check Joe's place out. BUSS Automotive is where it's at! He also offers a military discount, which you don't see as much.
