Took my vehicle here because it had a horrible smell coming from it when idle. They charged me $145 for a diagnostic test, and then just gave up on trying to fix my vehicle because they couldn't find the problem, and gave me my vehicle back still unfixed. Took my vehicle to Donovan the next day and they figured the issue right out to be the transmission fluid leaking onto the exhaust. I'll NEVER go back to Burton's. All they did was take my money, and waste my time and theirs.

I had a door motor replaced. They were willing to get it done, now. They had my car a couple of hours and that was good, but it was dried grass, pooled into the mat on the driver's side. Why? Okay, I gave them another chance. These guys do good work. My car is running much better. The only draw back was the interior, of my car was filthy and worn. Transmission work does not require, interior work. The interior was brand new, when I got my car back, it was no longer, new. Had to have a piece put back, on the back of my rear seats, that should have never been moved. The right rear seat was stained. The pocket, on the back of the passenger 😭 seat, is pulled out of shape and the seat was, as if it had been kicked in, constantly. Why? The driver's seat leans to the left, it did not before. I no longer have the lumbar seats. My Moon roof controls were loose, from the ceiling (shakeable). I suggest, if you go there, get your mileage, take pictures of your interior, check everything and verify it with them! They will blow smoke, at you! I spent a lot of money, work was done. Now I'm wondering, if I need it??? It sucks, that it's my word against theirs. Everyday, it haunts me, that they think, I didn't know my car, because they had it for over 3+wks... They will take advantage of you! Someone was driving my car regularly.

After my mini van was hit in a parking lot. Burton's was recommended by my insurance company and their work was tremendous. They were nice and easy to work with. When I picked my van up this week it literally looked brand new. They went above and beyond not just repairing my car but cleaning it inside and out. As a single mom with 3 kids they have no idea what it meant to me to have a car that clean.

I LOVE BURTON’S! I’ve been living in Texas for the past few years and I would actually wait until I visited Ohio again to get any services done on my car so that I could bring it to Burton’s. They’re super honest and they don’t treat you like an idiot if you don’t know know your car’s specs and measurements by heart. Cool guys, I’m a big fan 🤙

I had to bring my car in for work after I was involved in an accident. Ricky was incredibly wonderful throughout the whole process. There was a part that was in national back order with no expected date to restock and he did everything he could to find the part so I wasn’t without a car for months. He was very communicative throughout my whole experience and when I picked my car up it was perfectly put back together as well as beautifully detailed! Despite this being a challenging time Ricky was able to make it a very easy process, thank you!

Been going to Burton's for 15+ years. Duane runs an honest shop that can diagnose and fix anything wrong with your vehicle. He also always takes the time to teach me about why a part failed, and anything that can be done to prevent future problems. Without hesitation I recommend Burtons.

Freezing rain caused power outage at the shop when I arrived at the shop. I felt sorry for the shop owner since he seemed pretty stressed out. I wanted to know the estimate for a bumper so I began to search the estimate online with my phone because the shop couldn't give me the estimate. But somehow this offended him greatly and he kicked me out from the shop to the winter rain. I saw many good reviews that how he is honest or skillful so I came here with high expectation. But it was unfortunate that he became angry at me. If looking at my phone without leaving the store offended you, I'm sorry but I didn't mean to offend you at all. 2019 winter

Had my Ignition interlock taken out of my truck Greg and his crew did a good job he said it would be 1 hour and they were right on time. I had a 11:30 appointment but I got caught up at the BMV on paperwork. Called Greg and he worked out a time for me 130 which was great to get this interlock finally out of my truck

Hands down, the absolute best experience I’ve ever had with any type of car related thing! I got into an accident at 37 weeks pregnant, went through my insurance to get repairs many weeks later. Rick Penter at Burton's Collision got me an estimate at my time frame quickly, ordered parts, then scheduled my repairs. He was quicker and more responsive than me! Once my 2022 Telluride was with him, he moved quickly and was extremely communicative! He even detailed my car! 🤯🤯🤯 But seriously the work was perfection, the communication was perfect, and the accommodations was top notch. 15/10 recommendation!

I called and asked for a price to replace a pinion seal, and they said they had too many bigger jobs, and weren't interested-then just hung up! You didn't try and help me-you were rude and hung up.

I go here for a LifeSafer interlocking device. I used to go somewhere else. Burtons is quick and professional. Never have to wait super long. Because of this experience it and when I need auto repairs burtons will be the first place I call.

I never write reviews but I really want to share my experience at Burton's. I work at the hospital down the road and got a flat on my way in to work. I saw that Burton's was the closest shop to my workplace and called in and explained my situation, and I had just enough tire pressure to drive my car over during my lunch break. One of the staff members named Jimmy was nice enough to give me a ride back to the hospital so I wouldn't have to Uber. During my shift Duane stayed in contact with me and told me that my tire wasn't reparable and would have to be replaced. He said that my other 3 tires were pretty worn down too and he could replace all 4 for me. I would've said yes to any price he quoted me at that point because I was so stressed about not having my car for work, and knew I was overdue for replacing my tires - but the price he quoted me was very reasonable, and later when I told my friend (who works in auto himself) how much I was charged and what kind of tires I got, he said that not only was it a good price but I also got some really good quality tires. By the time I was done with work that day, my car was ready to go. Duane also replaced my key fob battery that was dead without me even asking, and gave me de-icing windshield wiper fluid at no extra cost. Truly a kind person with a good heart that cares about his customers and goes above and beyond. I will definitely be back!

I was real disappointed in this place I had a problem with my car and they didn't want to fix it for me I felt like they just took the 180 bucks that it cost me just so they can see what the problem was they said the drove it and nothing happened told me I was low on transmission fluid So I pay them 180 dollars and drove my car out of there and Boom! My car messed up on the way home like I told them it was doing so yes they are not on your side or wanting to help you they rob you for your money

My wife took her car to be looked at where they told her the sound she was hearing, was a problem they couldn't find. Charged her $134 to tell her some other things were wrong. We later found out after having someone else look at it, that didn't charge us $134, they looked at it for nothing. That the sound she was hearing was the tensioner belt, which needs to be replaced. When Burton's later called me, they told the tensioner needed replaced. But yet the sound she heard wasn't that. It was exactly that. They are crooks and took my wife for $134! So essentially they were trying to charge her twice for the work. We are taking it somewhere else who also quoted us a lower price for the work. I wouldnt recommend these crooks to anyone!!!

Top tier shop. Solid communication throughout the visit while vehicle was getting repaired. Greg, Tommy or Dwayne in the front office all handle their operation well. Thanks for the support getting my vehicle back on the road. Highly recommend here for all services. Shops looks to have full repair shop, body work, painting and more.
