Burke's is a family-run auto repair place that my family and my parents and several friends have used for years - they are the place that the people "in the know" go to in Riverside! They consistently do excellent work, are completely honest, are really clear in communicating, and their prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend them.

Kevin and his staff are amazing! Called to get help with my car, he was very helpful over the phone and when we showed up he turned on the engine, listened to what was going on, and immediately gave us a diagnosis along with sound advice on what all of our options were. The biggest thing for me is he has expertise and is honest. Would definitely trust him with your car issues.

I bring my car to Kevin and his sons every time I need work done on my car or just for maintenance. I found him after having an issue with the front brake that could not be resolved by two other mechanics. He easily identified the issue and repaired it. He is also very knowledgeable and explains what he finds and what he needs to do to fix it. He never upsells any services but does give good recommendations on what he sees your car will need in the coming months. I appreciate this so much as I can plan and keep up with the maintenance. This is a mechanic with integrity and who knows his craft. I'm happy to support this family owned business!

Great costumer service! I called 10 minutes before showing up, and they did let me know if the fix was big they might need some time to fix it, but that they could definitely check it out ASAP. I arrived and was greeted immediately, no concern with dragging me into the office to start filling paper work right away. Instead they asked me about the issue right away. The fix was rather quick needing only a little spray and some movement here and there, and had me out of there in no time and told me that since it was a small fix to not worry about it. As a student, shops like these make life a lot easier. Many other shops won’t even look at my car until i pay the hundred+ diagnosis fee. I will definitely be coming back before my road trip to get my car in tip top shape! They really make you feel like they’re there to help you.

I was recommended this place by so many people on the Nextdoor neighbor app. I called for a quote on an oil change for a Toyota Corolla 2010 and to my surprise, they quoted me 80$. Supposedly because they use “synthetic oil” it is more pricey. The quote didn’t feel right to me so I called Toyota of Riverside and they quoted me 60$ for an oil change using synthetic oil. The guy knew I was a woman because it’s obvious in my voice, don’t know if they were trying to pull something on me for that reason but either way I don’t think this place is as “honest” and people think.

My parents took their cars to them, I did as a teen, and now as an adult my wife and I are back in Riverside, and taking our vehicles to Burke’s. Outstanding vehicle service AND customer service. My car is still running smooth with no issues after coming here a few months ago. The owner is a person of integrity and cares about people knowing what’s really going on with their vehicle. Prompt at communicating if there’s any complications that come up along the way of servicing the vehicle. The prices are fair, especially knowing that it’s in good, honest business!!

The NICEST automotive repair shop. He was polite on the phone, when I dropped my keys for Oil Change, Tire Rotation and to check my brakes. Service was super prompt, and blown away by how nice he is. The sweet older gentleman with silver hair. My go to shop from now on. No BS, no attitude and no car hostage!
