Went in for a simple oil change, when Charlie was pulling the car out, he noticed an annoying noise coming from underneath. He pulled it back in, raised it up and found the issue. Then came back and let me know he took care of it. I always go there because they are good people and you’re not just a customer to them. They actually care. I would recommend them to anyone.

I was extremely pleased on the service that I received a week ago when I left my car for an oil change...Charlie and crew were great...however, have known the company when they were located on Blue Hills Extension...so good to deal with a small company.

Charlie and the team saved us! My wife and I were in town for the weekend. We had a radiator disaster that left us stranded, paying for a hotel until we could get it fixed. Charlie and the team understood our dilemma and fit us in right away. Within hours, we drove away with a new radiator, the car good as new, or good as our 2004 Avalon has ever been. Thank you!

Truly a team of caring people who are also automotive wizards. Here’s what was awesome: 1. the positive energy from the owner during my first phone call in to book an appointment; 2. the follow up text (with a link to photos of their findings); 3. the time spent explaining what needed attention on my vehicle and assistance in figuring out what to fix and when; 4. lightning-fast completion at an affordable price; and 5. a bright environment in the shop (plus snacks!) when I picked up my car and the chance to chat with the technicians on how the service went and what to expect. Burhoe’s automotive center hands down the best! If I could click on more stars I would! From the customer service, the price of service, and how clean and how they took care of my vehicle I couldn’t really ask for more! The speed of service was amazing the work done was amazing! Definitely a shop of their word and honest which is extremely hard to find nowadays, an honest machanic is like finding an honest wife, hold on to them on to them As long as you can........ I live in Bloomfield, and was recommended this business by a few co-workers if I ever needed car repair. Recently, I had my car shifter start acting up and getting jammed in drive, and being concerned about putting the car on the road after getting stuck in a parking lot, had it dropped off at Burhoe's. They were able to identify the issue quickly on the first business day after the car got there, and explained the problem clearly over the phone. Charlie and Mike are extremely friendly guys, and the prices for the work done by the team was very fair. Car shifter feels like new, and I wouldn't hesitate to come back if I needed some help again.

Perfect! Charlie and his crew did exactly what they said they would do for exactly the price they quoted me and it came our perfectly. I was back and forth on what lift, tires, and wheels to have installed but he gave advice where necessary and patience when needed. He even recommended I buy my tires elsewhere if I got them faster as "id rather lose the wheel sale than have you unhappy ". I flip flopped on the day and time of my work as well and they accommodated me brilliantly even staying a few minutes past closing time so I could get my truck back same day. I am self employed and that sort of service means the world to me. I am definitely using them again and would recommend them to any of my friends as well.
