After an initial positive phone conversation discussing my concerns, I trailered my wife's 2016 Jeep Wrangler 75th Anniversary edition from El Paso, TX to Bullet Proof (400 miles) for them to evaluate some ongoing issues that other shops in El Paso couldn't seem to resolve and I'M SO GLAD I DID. Shane and Paul were fantastic. They LISTENED to my concerns and troubleshot according and thoroughly. Yep, they found more than I expected, but that just goes to show the professional nature of this shop. It wasn't cheap, but good parts, good installs, and good service never are. Thank you guys!!

I'd tried ordering a part online to have shipped to TX. Shortly after placing my order I was informed the part was out of stock and they didn't know when it would be available. Paul went above and beyond to help me find the part locally - which I'd previously been completely unable to find. I can't thank yall enough for taking the time to help me out and provide excellent customer service. I'll be back for any future parts/equipment needs! Highly recommend!!

Great experience with bulletproof off-road. I put a lift on my FG cruiser and took it in for an alignment and they found that the lower control arms were so rusted and seized that they could not adjust the cam without ruining the bushings. They gave me a couple options and didn’t try to upsell me and in fact recommended, that if I felt confident enough to do the work myself of replacing the lower control arms with new hardware to save money. I ended up going that route and they didn’t charge me for the alignment that day even though they had the FJ trying to break loose the cam bolts all day. after I replaced the control arms, I brought it back in for the alignment and they found that the tires were not balanced correctly from another shop. They ended up balancing my front tires for no additional charge as well. Drives straight as an arrow and really smooth. Thanks guys!

Took my Jeep in to get it looked at. I had concerns about my motor ticking. They took a look at it and let me know nothing was wrong. They even discounted some of the agreed price. They recommended to stick with OEM specs on oil, I went home and changed my oil and all the ticking went away. Lol never listen to random folks on a Jeep forum, listen to the pros at Bullet Proof Off-Road.

Called bullet proof off-road with the hopes of getting some beadlock wheels fixed the same day. I understand it’s a tedious and lengthy process so I didn’t really have any expectations. They were able to get me in same day and fix all 4 of my under torqued and leaking beadlocks. Thank you guys for squeezing me in last minute.

Great customer service and work! My builds always start small and by the time my install appointment comes around I’ve purchased way more parts than originally discussed and the guys at Bulletproof accommodated everything I wanted to do and got it all done at a fair price. My 2023 Tundra limited TRD Off-road is now sitting on 37’s with King coil-overs and shocks, along with Mazzulla Off-road UAC’s and rear lower trailing arms. Looks tuff as hell and drives amazing! My first time working with the guys at Bulletproof and it definitely won’t be the last. Next up will be off-road lighting upgrades. Whoever left the only 1 star review should take there Prius elsewhere. This is the real deal off-road shop not the Walmart tire department.

I can't say enough good things about Bullet Proof Offroad. Great people who are enthusiasts themselves and will help you decide what is right for how you use your rig, not just sell you the cheapest or most expensive items. On top of this is the skilled team in the shop.. axles, skidplates, and engine, they do it all. Thanks Paul and team for all of your help and hard work!

I stopped in looking for some help with tires and rims and some info on having some shocks rebuilt. Once again spent maybe half hr going over all the options and I'm still waiting for them to get back to me with some prices. It's only been two weeks. Not sure how they got so many rave reviews about getting people taken care of. I definitely didn't get that experience!!! Tired of messing with these little shops with great reviews but horrible service.

Paul and Shane came highly recommended. They have worked on multiple trucks in our fleet. They are the only guys I will let work on my truck. 2019 SD with Carli and Apex front end all purchased and installed at BP. These dudes are serious about high quality components and proper install. I'm that guy that wants it perfect. (Sorry Shane!) They put up with my neurotic passion for how my truck rides/drives and give me peace of mind knowing everything is dialed in. If you are looking for honest perfectionists then look no further than BPOR.
