Owner is disrespectful they have a African that don’t understand English running the store I ask her how do I suppose to communicate with her employer she told me just go up the street and get my tire fix I wouldn’t Recommended anyone here

Lady was very rude. They put me a bad tire on and didn't care at all, they even called the police on me and my family. HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!

Terrible service … I was the only car there and it took 3hrs to change a tire…scratched up my rim BAD!! Trying to make a tire fit that didn’t & the next day when I came back to speak to the owner I witnessed a weapon in her hand but I wasn’t aggressive at all I just wanted my correct tire. There were still problems with trying to tell her the tire does not fit my car before I could even get my correct tire. I highly wouldn’t recommend.

They are extremely rude. I got a tire from them yesterday and it was flat by last night I tried to bring them back the tire and they refuse to give me one. Saying that they didn’t give me that tire. Even though they mark their tires and you can clearly see that it’s their tire. They will be getting that subpoena and I will see you in court.

We were driving through Memphis and a truck driver alerted us to issues with one of our tires. We apulled off and searched for a tire shop We found Ballard's they told us they could get us a tire at a price we thought was very reasonable they got the tire replaced it for us and we are on our way very nice thanks

Fast and great service. My tire popped and everyone else I called had a estimated 3-4 hour wait, even with an appointment. Bullard took me in with 10 minutes notice and changed my tire in 30. They do only take cash or CashApp, so be prepared.

On a road trip with our Lance trailer. Noticed one of the tire hubs was leaking. Arranged with Bullard's to come first thing in the morning. In at 8:15, out by 9:15. Solution.. cap was loose, they cleaned it up, repacked the hub grease, cleaned us up and sent us on our way. Very friendly, professional and reasonably priced. So glad I called them

Y’all, I cannot say enough good things about this place. My tire exploded on the interstate exit 0.7miles from their shop and they came to my rescue in 10 minutes flat. And when I say speedy service…it was super fast!! Thanks to Nick for all his help. Definitely check this place out. You won’t be disappointed!!!
