Both the warranty repair and the maintenance service were done flawlessly and very much met my expectations. Truck was ready when promised and pricing was fair. Fully recommend Nimnicht GMC service across GM brands. One slight issue with a service writer was picked up and handled flawlessly by TT - true professional. I will return for the next service!

Associates are nice. Unfortunately it seems the shop is oversaturated with vehicles so each associate is constantly multitasking which leads to a very poor quality experience for customers. Few calls are answered or returned and maybe getting 1 update per day in voicemail - very frustrating, terrible communication. In contrast my BMW dealer uses texting on my phone, which is so much easier and efficient, and I can text questions and get rapid responses. Too bad GMC cannot compete with BMW using something so simple. I had to play project manager trying to call associates and comparing updates with my Ally warranty members, who had outstanding customer service. I got conflicting statements between the 2 and GMC were false. I also had to get associates to think ahead about lead-times for parts but was told the parts team 'doesn't work that way', totally unacceptable. I'm pretty sure if I'd not done that the work would have taken weeks more. I will avoid GMC service centers in the future.

I took my truck in for a recall and for a check engine light. This is a new 2024 Sierra Denali Ultimate. When I got the truck back, on the way home I realized that the dashcam was not functioning, and saw that both of the plugs had been removed from the dashcam. When I got home I plugged them back in, but the dashcam still would not power on. After looking around I found that the OBD plug had also been unplugged and not plugged back in. After plugging this in the dashcam worked. There is no reason why I should be finishing the work not completed by the dealership when I take my vehicle in for work. Simple rules you should have learned as a child. If you get it out, put it away. If you open it, close it. If you unplug something on my truck, plug it back in.

I give it one star because the man from the insurance department is arrogant, he doesn't have good customer service and he gets angry if you don't take out insurance with him... the salesman did treat us very well and the financier helped us a lot

Refreshing! Have had many issues trying to get service scheduled at the other service centers in the area, not here though! From scheduling, to drop off and pickup, everything was easy and seamless! Very happy that we have a service center nearby that actually knows what they’re doing. Big thanks to Sean & team for the pleasant experience. Almost forgot what a properly functioning service center is like! If you’re one of those unfortunate souls still going to the other service centers in the area.. Have fun with your 6 hour oil changes scheduled 4 weeks in advance and your 5 week wait for basic diagnostics.

Awful customer service. Lasted less than two minutes at the place. I'll return to this place when Earth freezes over twice. Please note that I purchased from the sister dealership the same vehicle in under 1 hour.
