So professional and courteous! I had a run flat on my E400 - not cheap tires at all - but they took care of me quickly, efficiently, and with quality work. If anyone has tire needs in Riverside or the IE, I highly recommend Bud's Tire Pros

Tried to place order for tire on the phone en route to the store, was put on hold for ten minutes instead. Came in, waited for hours because no one even picked up the tire that was delivered by Doordash? No communication between technicians and front office on wait time, no way to keep us from falling asleep while waiting, so I had to go in the back and ask them if it was done yet because according to the front office, it should have been done by that time. Unsurprisingly, check engine light came on soon after leaving. If I didn't expect this kind of service at shops in the SoCal area by now, I would be the fool.

What kind of tire place sells wheels and tires and wheel locks,but doesn't have any wheel keys to take wheels off.. this place is a joke!! Open for 30 years but can't get lug nuts off... Not to mention the smell of alcohol from Robert. If you're looking for a tire shop, this ain't the 1!! Highly recommend looking elsewhere.

My go to shop. Third set I’ve bought from them. First for this new to me car. Needed tires to replace the OE set of Pirellis at about 43,000 miles. The OE set were garbage. They recommended Advanta. Glad I took their advice, as always. Good price, quiet, smooth. Installation was quick. Once again they didn’t disappoint.

I had a leak in my tire that I discovered 20, possibly 10, minutes before they closed up shop. The manager, Robert, understanding that I didn't live nearby took excellent care of me and replaced my tire. I'm extremely grateful to Robert and his crew. They took me in as a last minute customer and sent me on my way happy. I will never forget their kindness and care.
