Buds went out of there way to give me the best price. I went in for a brake light on dash. I found out that I need new rotors and brakes sensors. I also found out through there complete inspection. The previous dealership that works on high end vehicles (landrovers) put wrong rotors on back and brakes wore poorly. See picture. Very disappointing thinking you take your car to the dealership and they know your car the best. I'd highly recommend trying Buds before you pay high dealership prices. It should be noted. Buds guys dont work on commission unlike service guys at the dealerships. Beware of the up sale at your dealership. With EVERYTHING being so expensive now days. You dont need to be up sold on things we dont need.. Buds will treat you right... John

I need an engine replaced, dealer fee was ridiculous. Same job was done at Bud's and I saved 30% in cost. Hanz, Arturo and Juan were helpful and updated me through out the process. My jeep wrangler is back up and running.

Oh what can I say, my son bought me tires for my car, for a late mothers day present. Bud said he never had a customer buy a mom tires before Bud actually sat a talked to my son, now that was really cool. Thanks guys I will always be a customer.

Don't come here for an oil change. I made an appointment, because they said they would give me a free tire rotation. Even with an appointment, it took them TWO hours to get done. They checked my tires and brakes, and when I got my receipt, they didn't put that information on it. I went back inside, they took a couple of minutes to print it out. The information said that the front brakes were very low, and would need replacement soon. Why did I have to ASK for that info? They are definitely NOT on the ball here.

This place is AWFUL. I never, and I mean never leave reviews. In fact this is the first Google review I can recall ever writing. Bud's Tires off Van Buren and Wood is THE WORST experience I've ever had with getting new tires. First, they took 4 hours to simply tell me the tires I ordered were not in stock. When I settled for some different tires they had, they took another hour to give me an update. While I was waiting, they showed me my air filter to try and get me to buy a new one. After I declined since I needed to head out having been there for 5 hours, they forgot to put my air filter back into my air intake, and left the lid of the intake completely off the intake box. I could not believe my eyes when I opened my hood and saw no air filter in my car, and the intake left completely apart. NEVER, and I mean NEVER spend your money here. I am in awe that this place is even in business.

I used a Groupon for oil change and tire rotation. The staff was friendly, the price was great. I would have given 5 stars but my car was actually in the bay, on the hoist for nearly 2 hours!

They tried to charge my mother for a new battery after a (Free) routine tire rotation. They said they couldn't even start the car (bullshit). I had the battery checked in the green with Honda early in the week with an oil change. This is one of THOSE places, squeezing every buck they can out of unsuspecting people. Not the first time we heard this coming from friends and family. We're done business here. Going to Costco, you should too.

I spent three hours at Bud's just for a set of tires. I felt like there was a total lack of communication between everybody there. I arrived in the morning and the tires for my truck had to be ordered. I was told to return between 2:30 and 3:00 and I would be out by 5:00. I returned at 2:50 and was told my tires hadn't arrived yet. At 3:30 I asked if they had arrived and was told no. By the way there was another customer with the same issue. At 3:45 I asked again and surprisingly they had arrived... and no one knew it...My truck was taken into the shop around 4:45 and it was done around 5:30..The people are very nice, but don't have any pressing issue about sticking to what they said.

I was speaking to henry about getting a oil change. I dropped the car off. 3 hours later I got a call saying the vendor didn't have the oil filter and i had 2 wait 2 hours for them to get the part. I was a little confused why they didn't know this info until hours later. I get a call back saying they cant do the oil change because there's alot of gunk around the filter they said they would send a shuttle. I live very close after a hour a just got a uber because i know they would be slow to pick me up. I got to autozone and i see all this oil pouring out. I never had this issue and didnt have this issue prior to taking it to the shop. I go back to the shop I see manager Rick (I hope he gave a correct name) He lied to me and said it was gas leaking from the videos you can tell its clearly oil..he kept lying and giving this assumption without looking qt the car. he said thats why i told henry to call because i had a slight gas leak.clearly therw wont be no gas leak in the front of the car. I said i seen the small gas leak where the gas tank is.. I opened the hood and oil is everywhere. I can repsect that henry was honest and said it was oil. Initially he said they cant look at the car until the next day, but he ended to saying they will put a new filter to prove its not their fault if the car still leaks. And i said "What if it don't leak" then he said"then its something they did" they cleaned the oil put a filter , and more oil. He came back in and said "because the o ring was old that's what caused it" so based on what he previosly said since it stopped it was their wrong doing he was apologetic. They did do this free of charge as they should because i didnt bring the car with oil leakin. But rick the manager wasnt never spoke to me, never said sorry. I dont know how he got a management position hes very unprofessional and to lie is very alarming.no telling how many other people he lied to.If i could give negative stars I would. I wouldn't recommend coming here, esp if you're a female like me they will take advantage, and test your intelligence in my case tell me gas is leaking when its clearly oil. by my own experience and based off thr reviews alot of janky stuff.going on, all they say in the complaints is call the 1-800 number...This place needs to be investigated some of their negliegence could of caused fatalities. any complaints i recommend calling the beauru of automotive repair and they will goto the shop and investigate this shop... Their negligence must stop**UPDATING MY REVIEW AS OF 8/28/24 I CALLED THE 800 NUMBER THE SAME NUMBER THEY LEAVE IN ALL REVIEWS. THE BARELY WANTED TO DO IT BUT THE REP GAVE ME A CLAIM NUMBER STATING SOMEONE WILL CALL ME TO LOOK AT THE CAR. THIS HAS NOT HAPPENED AND EVERY SINCE THAT CALL NO ONE EVER ANSWERS ...IM CONVINCED NOW THEY LEAVE THE SAME GENERIC RESPONSE SO IT APPEARS THEY TAKEN CARE OF THE ISSUE BUT HAVEN'T

Wouldn’t recommend getting an alignment here paid $189 for them to adjust the toe in the front pretty much cause they “couldn’t” adjust my rear camber so now I gotta go somewhere else that can do it. Maybe next time let the customer know, if they would’ve told me I wouldn’t have got it done.
