Over torque. Wheels bolts regular torque 80-120 lbs per foot (body half weight). They use air wrenches to tight bolts ~800 lbs per foot. 10 times more than should be. I gave 10 paper tips and asked do not overtight bolts. Anyway they did it. If you see tire service using air gun to tight bolts don't let them do it on your car and do not use their service again.

Told me one price and wrote down another on the invoice. Charged me $50 to just mount and not even balance a tire. Les Schwab does it cheaper and better.

Customer service 0/10 Price is high Just to switch the tire in and out one tire didn’t even take him 5 minutes charged me 25$ he literally wrote 20$ on the invoice I told him business he made it 25$ so ridiculous and unprofessional! Never going back

I wouldn't recommend going anywhere else but here. You'd be wasting your time trying to go and look for tires somewhere else that you can't find.

Loose wheels! Be extremely careful with your wheels being put back on your car. All four wheels on my friend's car had loose nuts and I could unscrew them without much pressure. This can be extremely dangerous and have awful consequences. Double check and make sure everything is tight.

A mechanic friend recommended them almost 10yrs ago and I recommend them due to fantastic prices, availability, extremely efficient service, and quality that has kept me safe on the rode for many years. Spent $165 on “1” USED Rim and Tire rip off prices and 3 guys gave me three different prices and 2 of them was in the 200’s they throw any price out there non negotiable wouldn’t recommend these guys it’s more like the last resort

This is not the first time I use the shop prices are unbeatable, but it’s very chaotic and today I went to get new tires put on my car and they just asked me to move move out move out. That’s all the technician was able to say it, so I left without getting the service cause I got offended that’s not how you treat a customer who is unfortunate that they have good prices good service, but really bad customer service again really bad customer service so whoever the owner is listen carefully it’s chaotic and you have a really bad customer service, so you better step up and take care of it

Oh man those guys are awesome!!!! Even this place aren't cleanest one but man they work hard and fast!!! Prices are reasonable and guys always want to help you! They let you pick and inspect tires you like. No bs like at Firestone or similar places where you have to wait forever and feel like nobody cares about you. Only place I go for used tires. Highly recommend!

The staff is helpful in getting good used tires. Just be careful if the age of the tires. You might end up with something that's 10 years old. But love the help in getting cheap tires.

This place really saved me. Quick service. I spent maybe 30 minutes there 35 tops. Found a set of used tires I needed and was charged an extremely reasonable amount. These are good people.

these guys are great i had a bad tire and I was in and out in a half hour only cost me $44 bucks. I will definitely be using them again
