Very detailed and timely shop. Reasonable prices. I brought in a vehicle that didnt drive and idled terribly rough. Now drives better than it ever has! I am thoroughly satisfied with the services recieved. Wish i could have finished everything i wanted to get done, i just prefer not to pay anymore storge fees than i already did, i dont blame them for that. My phone turned off and i was unreachable for 2 weeks. The rest of the minor items i am experienced enough to do. Will recommend in the future

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! Straight rip off repair shop! Asked them to put in a transmission and replace the rear main seal. Three days pass and Jackie calls and says your car is ready but we had to replace the transmission mounts and motor mounts. They didn't even call before doing the mounts and charged me an extra $600. Get my car and noticed there still was an oil leak. Asked if they changed the rear main seal and she looking stupid saying I didn't request that...smh. Now they wanna charge an additional $800 for something I said to replace initially to put the transmission in. They don't even deserve one star!!!

Do not take your car here!! They charge outrageous prices, and when you tell them not to do the work, they still do it. They were given specific instructions over the phone not to proceed, and then still did the work. Instead of owning up to their mistakes, we’ve been forced to pay the bill or they wouldn’t give the keys over. On top of that, they tried telling us they’d put the old part back on, but would charge $116 for this. Terrible business practice, and extremely rude customer service.

Is a rip off company! Scammers! My daughter ask if they can check the breaks and call before doing any repairs plus she ask if there is any fees to check the answer was no. No estimate was never giving they call to come in and without her authorization they did it. She telling them she doesn't have the money right now and they did it anyways now they want to charge her. Am sorry but am reporting to the business bureau! Who freaking does that to a customer! I would give them no star! Gaining a new customer they just lost the customer.

Recently our Jeep windows and door locks quit working and the interior light would not go off. The staff at Budget Automotive was able to correct all of the electricial issues and they changed our valve cover gaskets so my beloved Jeep no longer stinks! These guys are wonderful and fast! Thank You!!!

We love this husband and wife owned business! Both are very knowledgeable and helpful. John will never charge you for something you don't need - and if he knows it's a simple fix - he will walk you through it so you don't have to pay labor costs. Rates are very fair and turn around time on repairs is quick. We will not take our vehicles anywhere else.

I have used this business in quite a few instances because they are close. However, I will never use them again. When they make a mistake on your repair causing extensive damage they charge YOU to repair THEIR mistake. Their mechanics are incompetent and not professional. Their mistake on a recent brake job causing extensive damage cost me hundreds of dollars. There is no integrity. When they are hired to fix a problem but can't you are still charged. I'm done.

Where can i begin.Lady at the desk rude and snotty.Owner John no business etiquette.Mechanic doesn't know what he's doing.Took car to another shop (Lee's around the corner)John and his crew said my vehicle wasn't repairable.Beware,Bad business.Cost me more money than needed for repairs.

They have ONE mechanic and does a rush job since he has like 5 cars to repair. Paid them $600 and they didn't even fix the issue I had. When I pointed this out they ask for an additional $600 to actually fix the issue. DON'T GO

John (owner) and his mechanics are great when it comes to making sure your vehicle is serviced properly...front end desk help (owners wife) not so great...rude and does not communicate well! I feel sorry for John if he loses business because of how she runs the front end of the business! First impressions are important I'm glad I bit my tongue & held off to do business strictly with John as she could care less.
