I stopped in out of desperation. My tire was almost completely flat and everywhere I had been to, to get air the compressors weren't working. I went in and asked if they were able to help me out. The man at the counter was super friendly and happily helped me. I was on my way to pick up my granddaughter and forgot to get his name. Thank you so much! I was a little nervous to ask but am so happy I did!

In the past my wife and i would always take our cars to the dealership for service. I calked Buckeye for brake serve. Erin was great. I booked a 10am appointment but I had questions so I stopped in at 8am to ask the questions. He answered them then offered to drop the car off early. I shopped around and the got offered from 3 places. My wife got a coupon in the mail. So I got an estimate that was competitive with the offers I got. With the coupon I paid less than every other offer. I will definitely be back for all of my services.

If you African American or Black , avoid this place at all cost. They basically prey on certain people. They quoted me $770 for a job that costed $450 at the most !! Then prev work I got done.. parts were only $400 LABOR was $600. When I asked why so high , they replied “Our mechanics gotta eat” cant make this up. Hope every person sorts for lowest review so they can see this place is devilish. But who am I to judge the owner must be greedy cause they get enough business to charge reasonable.. Hell is a hot place for greedy people.

I have a 2014 Kia Forte and I neglected it for a while. Buckeye gave me options on what I wanted to fix and what I didn't. It was super easy to go down the list and approve the repairs. They communicated well with me throughout. When my car was finished, they made sure I had transportation to get my car. Quality work !!

This I think would be our second time using Buckeye complete auto care. Everyone here is so kind!! They have been extremely helpful, professional, and quick both times. Very good communication. They were able to figure out the issue immediately… Which in our case was actually a RAT that chewed through a wire… Recommend what needed to be done and give us our space to decide whether or not we wanted to do that at the moment. Being a girl, I actually hate dealing with car issues 🤣… But they were extremely informative and helped to fix the issues that actually needed to be fixed. 10/10 recommend and will be back!!

This was the best experience I’ve had with an auto shop. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and communicates well. They shared timely information about vehicle issue diagnosis (with photos), and options for repair including upfront pricing and timeline. I live a little out of the way of this shop, but will return because I appreciate the way they run their business and trust their work.

Very professional, efficient, trustworthy and friendly. My partner and I will always trust Buckeye with our auto care needs. We picked my car up close to closing time and the manager even took it up on himself to stop us because he had accidentally over charged us and wanted to get us a small refund check--I have never had a mechanic be so honest! Great place!

We’ve come here for years because we trust them. Ex: Auto zone told me I needed to replace my alternator for $1,000 but I had buckeye complete auto care check it first. Ended up just being a faulty door sensor for $160.

Awesome customer service and very helpful. Only people that were able to do the exhaust work I needed done and did an excellent job!! I recommend this place if you need stuff done for ur vehicle.

Best shop in Columbus, by far, that I’ve been to in my 12 years living in the city. These guys, both Grant and Mike, took very good care of our car, and gave us accurate updates that allowed us to get the best repair possible. I have been telling anyone that asks where we got our car fixed about Buckeye Complete Auto Repair due to the kindness, professionalism, and efficiency of the repair. These gentlemen went above and beyond, and Buckeye Complete Auto Repair will be the only shop that I will use or recommend going forward.

The price was reasonable.It is nice that they offer a Courtesy shuttle drop off and pick up when the service is completed.My Auto repair work was done in a reasonable time at a good price.Tire replacement and balancing all 4 this time.

Extremely disappointed today! I set an appointment via phone for Monday 10.18.24 @9am. Once arriving I was given Excuses why the time frame could not be met. That is, the wait time would extended from 45 minutes to about 90 minutes. (25 for tech to see car then maybe 45 for review & etc) This extend time was not told me when I made the appointment via phone. I left the establishment due to the lack of transparency and the establishment over booking or as I was informed NO control over online booking 😢 which create back log or extended wait time.

Longtime Buckeye Auto customer- Todd and his staff have always been friendly, thorough and not pushy. They will point out anything that needs addressing but will be clear about what is critical versus what you should set money aside for and have done by a certain time. And there’s no pushback if you’ve had anything done elsewhere - they simply have a list of manufacturers recommendations and want to keep you on top of things. I mainly have oil changes and and the occasional routine work which is minimal thanks to having a reliable Honda. Todd has treated us like family and has two locations now - give them a try.

Mike is an amazing, honest, kind, have-a-strangers-back person! People like him are rare gems in this world these days…. I test drove a car there for a used car inspection & he saved me from buying a car w miles that were rolled back from a LIAR! And he was straight up & honest with me. Honestly, protective dad energy! So we didn’t even so the $110 inspection bc the milage discrepancy was discovered with just the car report. He wouldn’t even accept the $50 tip that I tried to give him multiple times! He saved my butt for NO MONEY & just humbly stated “This is my job.” Even on our first phone call when I was unsure of how to coordinate the test drive/inspection, he said “if it were me, this is what I’d do, bc I don’t want you to get taken advantage of”. Most shops don’t even want to be bothered with things that aren’t expensive repairs, but this guy was instantly invested in my situation, genuinely cared, helped me immensely, & totally had my back. He was an angel in my life today. Also, as soon as the seller was made aware that I knew the truth, he was immediately OUT, suddenly had to go back to work & WANTED TO DRIVE US BACK! I told him that I’d rather drive, & that it’s safer for women to drive- LADIES! Insist on this!
