Received great service at B-TECC Auto Care again today! Several years ago my mechanic retired and I was on the hunt for a new shop. I took three cars to three different mechanics for test runs. Brett won the interview and service 'tests' and I've been recommending him without reservation ever since. He has very fair pricing, great communication, and does excellent work.

If you’re looking for honesty, then Brett is your guy. He will not overcharge and he will always tell you what can wait. He’s professional and a great mechanic. Good people I wish they were more like him. I will not take my car anywhere else.

Brett is amazing. We took my car to him with the check engine light flashing and the car not running right. My sister and I are senior citizens and know nothing about cars. He gave us an accurate and honest evaluation of the issues and was more than reasonable. We highly recommend Brett at B-tech Auto Care. We will not take our vehicles to anyone else.

We took our 2000 Jeep Cherokee xj to the shop for a check engine light being on. There was multiple error code detected and it couldn't pass emissions testing. Brett located the problems and fixed them all. This was very time consuming and it was difficult to find the problems. He stuck with it all the way and saw it through to completion. We passed emissions testing. 👍

Excellent service and care. Bret really cares and his honesty is unequaled. He goes way out of his way for customers even delivering your car if necessary. I recommended Grandma to use his services after she experienced wallet flushes from dealer and independent mechanics who rely on commission sales. I have not found anything he can not do. He even worked on my tractor. I been using Bret for ten years and he has reduced the stress of dealing with mechanics. As a result I have kept my older truck instead of buying anew one with payments because he keeps my truck running good. Take the stress out of auto care and give Bret a try. Mesa’s best kept secret.

I am completely car-illiterate, meaning I know nothing about cars. So I have to rely on the automotive technician to tell me what's needed, and many times in the past I've felt like other places took advantage of me. That never happens at B-Tecc. For me, having someone I cant trust is the most important factor in choosing someone to fix and maintain my vehicles. Bret is not just incredibly good at what he does but he is a good, honest guy. If you want honesty and professionalism, you can't go wrong with B-Tecc!
