I brought in a tire I’d bought online to replace a bad one on my vehicle. I called BT to ask how much to put it on. They told me one price on the phone, another price when it was time to pay. Even worse, they said my lugnuts were too rusted (to remove my wheel so that they could replace my bad tire). They said I’d need to go somewhere with the special tools required for that kind of job. I settled and had them replace my second worst tire instead. (And then, as noted, they tried to charge me more than double what I’d initially been quoted). Called another shop to ask if they could handle a wheel with rust that bad; they said they’d try. I got there and they were *easily* able to do it with a *manual* wrench. So I’m not sure what’s going on at BT but - despite earlier positive experiences with them in years past, they were a total pain in my ass and waste of my time today. And now I’ve gotta order *another* tire to replace the bad one that I’d set out to replace in the first place.

Showed up after verifying they had the tires I wanted. These guys were awesome, in and out in about 20 minutes with 2 tires mounted and balanced all for a great price!

Great tire shop with fast, professional service.Guys are nice and no B.S. My vehicle takes commercial tires and BT Tires offered the best price around. I'll definitely get tires at BT from now on.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! Defective tires!!! I am from out of town and I Purchased a tire from here and a day later I’m getting an alert that my tire pressure was low. I had to go to a tires Plus location because BT tires was closed for the day. Tires Plus informed me that the tire I was sold had a terrible plug job and was leaking. I contacted BT hoping to be compensated at least for the repairs I paid for on their defective good but I was met with unreasonable requests. The guy on the phone told me that in order to receive a refund I would need to ship the tire back. The price to ship something that size would be almost the cost of the tire and plus I had already paid for the repair. I will be disputing with my bank.

DONT BUY TIRES HERE!!! Don't Go Here!! Bought Tires. Defective In A Week. Would Not Replace Or Even Try To Repair. Even After Being Willing To Pay A Repair Fee. Owner will make false claims and excuses. In the end they have defective products and won't stand by their work. I ended up buying a can of fix a flat and saved the tire. I will be going to another business to get it patched. If fix a flat can fix it. It can be patched easily. Something I asked the owner to do and offered to pay. They refused. DONT BUY TIRES HERE!! Went to Juniors Tires the next day. They plugged the hole in 5 mins for $20 good as new. The same hole BT claimed was unfixable and would not even attempt to repair even after offering money. BT IS BAD BUSINESS!!!

Drove around for two hours with a tire running flat due to a nail everybody wanted to replace it I showed up at BT tires I was out in ten minutes flat for the costs of lunch these guys are straight shooters!!! Definitely recommend

I’ve came here 4-5 times for a patch on my tires, paid $20 every time. Sent my friends here and everything. Came back today and he told me $35 for a patch and told me they’ve never done it for $20. Scammers

Went in with four new tires needed them mount and balanced. He explained the pricing before we even took the tires out of my SUV. I was in and out less than 30 minutes. Excellent service and very reasonable pricing.

I called yesterday to see if you had tires for my car. You said yes. Can I come now? Yes. They took good care of me. It took about 15 minutes to get my new tires. Excellent service and fair value.
