I had AAA come to my rescue. I had ablow out, and my spare, although it was holding air , it had 2 screws stuck in 2 different places. James with Armada Towing ,he was the rescue team , I have to say boy, I'm glad I had AAA . They responded quickly in 15 min. i had a service technician arriving where I was stranded. They were changing out my flat tire to the spare. It was James who referred me to B&T tire shop , he called them ahead of time. When I arrived, they were waiting for me. They had 3 tires in the exact size I needed , which is not a common size. 15's are hard to come by . They got to working on my car immediately, I had zero wait time , and there were other customers there they were busy . The owner was there and gave me a discount because I was a customer of AAA and another customer that was there getting tires in the spot right next to me gave them a great testimonial , had said he had been taking his vehicles there for years and that they always had very good pricing for quality parts and service. Based on my experience, I'd have to say I agree with the customer next to me , Anytime I need tires, I will be getting them there.

Solid place to get tires replaced or repaired, honest and fair! They take of the community more than others who have prospered and forgot about the community. I been out the used tire game but I remember what is was. The took care of me on Thursday, sold me a used tire at a good rate. So they built that trust and so I took my daughter Friday they didn’t have the tire I needed but found a leak that Walmart, discount and Navarro didn’t find! I recommend them! Trustworthy and fair

In and out in a jiffy. Had my tire size when Walmart did not. Walmart also had a 2-3 hrs wait time. Here I was in/out within 30 minutes. Would definitely come back here!

The owner (Tino) and staff of this tire shop are so considerate and helpful. I appreciate the service and prices here! A nice gesture from the staff is always making sure that women feel comfortable here when coming alone. I’ve only been here twice, and each time has been great :)

Had a flat tire about a month ago and they were able to change it within 5-10 minutes at an affordable price. Shoutout to Salvador!!! Loved the service so decided to get the other three changed out this week.

I have been a loyal customer at this place for two years, consistently coming here whenever my tires need attention and even recommending it to all my friends. However, I am disappointed with the staff today. All I wanted was to switch my tires from back to front, but , the guy wanted to charge me $30 for such a simple task. It felt like he was just trying to steal of me for an easy buck. Thinks he smart . Be carefully ask price first !! . When I asked to speak to the owner, he right away told he is not here ! . This experience has never happened , and I will not be returning to this place again.

Got a fast leaking tire on my way home from work. Got to their shop 30 minutes before they opened. Salvador rushed over early to repair the tire. I was out of there in less than 15 minutes. I highly recommend!

I have to say this because these people have given me top notch tires and have helped me when i had trouble. I needed a lug nut today after replacing my truck axle today and they just gave me one and installed it. I had a few other things i needed done and they did it. I came back because i forgot my lock and the manager got it for me. This place is like family and they actually deserve 20 stars. These guys are so respectful I just don't even know what to say. THIS IS THE BEST TIRE SHOP IN SOUTH AUSTIN! UPDATE: I’ve been back and Tino hooked me up everytime and even saved me hundreds of dollars on suspension work through a referral and gave me a free patch. He knows he has competition so he has to give the best of service but what y’all don’t know is that this man loves his clientele from his heart and has a passion for his business and ministry of helping broke people like me. Every damn time I have been to Tino’s he has hooked me up like I am one of his family members. So tonight I say to Tino: you are family to me! Update: I went back and he gave me a referral which saved me several hundred dollars! I wanted to give him another 5 star review! Every damn time this guy and his team and his referrals hook it up!

If the owner of this shop (Salvador), ever refers you to his “mechanic friend” Henry that works nearby this shop, DO NOT go to him. Hundreds of dollars wasted. Took days to get car back. Horrible communication. Improper repairs. Lost keys. Clown behavior 🤡

I went to B&T Tire earlier today (around noon on Sunday). I was helped by Salvador, who was so friendly, helpful, and informative with me about the condition of my tire and what they would be doing to fix it. I was able to stay in the car while they removed and fixed my tire (screw in the tire). Due to the location of the screw (close to the side), Salvador said when they patched it, the patch may come off, so he made sure to test out the patch and fix before putting the tire back on the car and assuring me the fix would be fine. They were quick and it cost $15. I appreciate the service and feel safe now with my tire fixed. Will definitely come again for my future tire needs!

Salvador and his team were like a F1 crew servicing our SUV. We drove away with two fixed tires under a hundred dollars. Discount Tire quoted us $300+. Customer service was great, beyond our expectations. I highly reccomend B&T Tire Shop. When it’s time to get new tires, I'm definitely coming back. Thanks, Salvador and crew.
