I had my Toyota Highlander body work done by Ian a couple of times, most recently a month ago. He has done such a good job each time. He is so honest that he tries to save me money more than I do. He gave me an estimate of 3 options of doing the work - each progressively more work and thus more expensive. He convinced me the cheapest option will work best for me and my situation. Who does that? And his work is always top notch quality. He also did little extra fix up elsewhere at no extra cost. The most recent job had to do with the front bumper repair or replacement. The job a couple years back was more extensive and required work at several areas of the car and so was more complicated. I went to a few other body shops before I went to Ian at Bryant-Bay Area Autobody and found him to be most thoughtful about looking at what the car needed, what work would make most sense for me repair fully and what would look ok without a full repair and made really practical cost efficient suggestions that benefited me. This is the place to keep coming back!

Just went here to ask for advuce on repairing a nice dat scratch/ dent I’d put in my car - sun in my eyes, etc - while parking I spoke with a very nice gentleman named Louie. He was upfront about costs, gave me very good information and when I get this repair done I am definitely going to this place !! A shop full of happy cars

When I got a car accident, I called 2 other places that didn’t answer. Thankfully Ian answered. He got my car back to me in less than a week and did an amazing job. He also cleaned my car free of charge. It’s my second time going here and was provided great service again. Very down to earth, fair people and saved me a bunch of $.

The BEST auto body shop in SF!! They repaired the front of my Mustang in such a timely manner and it looks perfect again. They even went above and beyond by buffing out all the scratches on my car for free the second time I visited them. The staff are such generous people!

I was in an accident that left my car in worse shape than I had ever hoped for. Louie was willing to take my car in and helped discuss the different options for me. unfortunately at the time I did not have full coverage and my Prius I was hoping would last me for the next 7-10 years. After a couple of discussions in person and on the phone Louie and Ian made the near impossible, possible. At the time I was a traveling as a med student through the states and I needed my car more than anything to travel from state to state. I was scheduled to drive to Oregon in less than 3 weeks. Louie was able to get my car up and running again and while they were waiting a few extra days for a particular part, he did some extra paint work at no extra charge. Because of the extensive damage He was very transparent of the cost of every thing needed fixing. He discussed with me what they needed to do, and what they did not have to do and was willing to discuss the charges and trying to get better pricing based on market prices. When the vehicle was finally complete, the car looked like, and drove as if nothing happened. Amazing work done by Ian and Louie and the team here. The staff at Bryant Bay Area Auto Body did 10/10 work on my vehicle. While I hope to never have to step foot into the shop again, if I need any work done I would 100% roll my vehicle into this shop again. Very professional, empathetic, and transparent.

Ian (pronounced Ion) is extremely helpful. I see why his nickname is Ian-man. After a few months of my 2019 ford escape getting repaired I noticed a piece of broken glass rattling around inside its rear door. When I took the car back to the shop, Ian had the glass removed quickly and easily without any issue. Now my car is good as new again.

Ian and Louie came highly recommended to me and my first experience with their shop exceeded all expectations. Communication was easy, accurate, professional, straightforward, and pleasant. My car looks better than new after being in the shop for a fender bender repair - they went above and beyond, really next level. It is clear that this shop takes great pride in doing excellent work, and for a very fair price, coming in under other estimates that I got. The whole vibe of the consult on through to the delivery of the finished product back to me was so great, I would give more stars if I could. If you are looking through reviews to decide where to bring your vehicle, look no further, this is the only place to go.

Ian and his team are amazing! Ian is very knowledgeable and helpful. They also treat you very nicely and friendly. I have been there several times before and everytime I go, they always find the problem and fix it so well. They always get the job done on a timely manner as well. Highly recommend!!!

Ian and the team did a fantastic job on my car! They also did a good job following up with me even after there was a typo in my email. I had a paint job needed for scratch to the side of my vehicle and they had it looking good as new with an amazing turn around time (~24 hours from dropoff!). Would recommend.

Louie and his team did a great job fixing the front of my BMW. I had an unfortunately run-in with a chair that had fallen off a pickup truck on the highway. The front end of my car was is sorry shape. But all is well that ends well thanks to this shop. I really appreciated how Louie would call me with updates at every step of the way. He always made himself available when I had questions.

5 star service from start to finish. I’m always weary going into auto shops but the vibe here was welcoming and most importantly I felt they were being honest. I was in and out in a half hour and was satisfied with the results. Will definitely go back to get work done.

Excellent customer service. I called in to see if I could walk-in to get an estimate. I went in 30 minutes later. Ian gave me an estimate of $250, and was open to working on it immediately. I agreed. The job took lesser time than anticipated, so he only charged me $125. No cutting corners and quality work. Highly recommended for all your body work needs.

I was referred to Bryant autobody by BMW SF to repair my BMW after an auto accident. I need to thank BMW! .Louie and Ian were some of the most professional individuals i have ever dealt with, seriously. I had my car towed to their shop, they gave me a VERY reasonable estimate for repairs. They called me a week later to tell me it was ready to go. I was truly astonished by how fantastic the car looked and drove. I HIGHLY recommend Bryant. Their quality, reasonably priced workmanship and cannot be beat. And they are a delight to work with..... Ian and his team are great! I called Ian’s shop on a Saturday and he offered me a consult and gave me a quote on the spot. I shopped around and got a few recommendations, but ended up going with Ian since he was so easy to communicate with. He worked directly with my insurance and made the process seamless for me, and I was able to easily call him to get updates all while dealing with delays due to supply chain issues.

I took my car in to get an assessment done before selling it. Ian very kindly advised me how to fix things myself, and he helped me put on a hubcap that had been giving me trouble — all for free! I 100% plan on returning here with my new car if I ever need work done.
