BRW owner Brett Webb called us on a weekend night, knowing our teen daughter was stressed out over a repair to her vehicle. A 15 minute conversation completely changed the situation around, Brett arranged for all repair work, but also took the time on a Sunday night to ease our daughter’s concerns. This kind of customer service is above & beyond anything we’ve ever experienced. Very appreciative for the honesty of BRW Autowerks in an oftentimes questionable car repair industry.

I believe Bret is extremely knowledgeable, has improved his capabilities inorder to reinforce his perfection overtime and is a talented man through dedication, hard-work and commitment. But I also believe he has a independently dependent will for inappropriate party's and the capabilities to be the complete opposite towards Americans in regards to shady circumstances outside the scope of an Americans understanding during the time of service. Unfortunately since 2019 it's been a hit and miss with the oldest issue and it's been an ongoing expensive experience. At some point with the amount of revenue accrued, someone professional should advise of a new vehicle purchase instead of compensating off a downward spiral of vehicle problems for an aged vehicle. One time a bolt wasn't properly put in place and it put my family's life in danger.

This guy does awesome work for my car. He has insights to help strategize a "fix it while were in there" approach that allows you to get the most out of your cars visit. I think BRW is an acronym for Brett's Really Wonderful

BRW's has been my go to guy for auto repair for over 20 years. I have never had an issue with any work in that time. Brett is very knowledgeable and fair. In my opinion, there is no one more qualified to keep my ride on the road than BRW's. Thanks Brett for many jobs well done.

I took my Nissan Altima to BRW Autowerks after a local dealership recommended that I have all of my shocks replaced immediately during a routine inspection last Summer. After Brett inspected my vehicle, he said that I needed to replace one in the near future as it was starting to leak but it wasn’t critical and the rest were fine. He quoted me a good price which included a longer part warranty than what the dealership was going to provide. He is an honest master Nissan mechanic who just wants to help his customers save money and provide the best service.

I will definitely be returning! Brett was friendly and was able to squeeze in my appointment for an oil change last minute and have my car back to me quickly. He also gave me a great quote for replacing my old tires and fixing an oil leak.

Called Brett because my AC stopped blowing cold in my truck. Brett said bring it in. Got a call the following day saying my compressor was bad. Gave him the okay and got it back and it blew ice cold. Pricing was fair and he didn’t try to sell me on anything I didn’t need.

Decent service, turn around times, etc. Charges quite a bit over retail for the parts (200-300%) and won't let you buy your own from AutoZone or O'Reily's but the turn around time is pretty quick. I would suggest to the shop to not make customers wait an hour to pay when they come to pick up their car but other than that this is probably one of the better mechanic shops around. I would definitely recommend this shop over the dealership for any vehicle.

I have been a customer here (BRW's) for several (at least 6) years and have always been completely satisfied with Brett, the shop owner, and the work done. I'm a "hands on" guy and usually do most of my own work, but whenever I need service work on any of my three Nissans (Maxima, 300ZX or Pathfinder), I go to BRW's and have never been disappointed. I've worked on all sorts of cars over many years and know when I'm getting honest answers and when I'm getting "BS" - Brett has always been up-front, charges reasonable prices, does good work and I won't go anywhere else. From conversations with Brett, I believe him to be quite capable of working on other (non-Nissan) cars, but my experience with the shop is limited to Nissan work The location is not a fancy potted palms and leather chair appointed waiting room kind of place and that's OK with me, but if you like that sort of thing, you might be disappointed. I prefer good work and honest answers!

Wonderful experience there. Owner, Brett, is honest, reliable, well informed on any vehicle. If he doesn't have an answer, he will research and get it. His employee is also a gem. Will continue with BRW's permanently for my car.

Family and I have been coming here for two years now. Brett and Cameron are great and easy to work with. Never try to up sell you on anything that you don't need and give you all the info. Nothing but good honest people that work here.
