I went to other tire places and they were all charging me a bunch of money to get my brakes done, but I went to Bruneel and the guys there very nice and gave me a good price on my brakes and rotors and got it done right away thank you. You’re the best.

I called this morning and spoke to Noe on a repair for a vehicle I purchased Friday night.  There was a repair done, by your location and I needed more information. In conversatiom with Noe he said that it was warranty work done on the vejicle for a repair done BEFORE the person purchased it. So I said the same area is leaking again and I need to bring it in to be warrantied and repaired and he stated " the warranty does not transfer to new owner". But I was just told that it was redone for the new owner, on a repair before she purchashed it.  And his response was " for customer satisfaction". I said " so my customer satisfaction does not matter" ?  He said " no, it was a choice we did for her". Excuse me?  So you mean to tell me my satisfaction and my customer experience does not matter, but it does for someone else? Is that REALLY how you conduct business? Then he changes his story and says " well the dealership we work with paid for her repairs".  How when it was " warranty work" ??? They paid for original work, but not if this was warranty work. Clearly your team has repaired this issue twice and now more issues with same area and not willing to honor it, then you lie to a customer? Unreal!!!!!!

This auto shop was the only one that could figure out what was wrong with my tires. They have very advanced machines, allowing them to perfectly balance tires. After several months and nearly half a dozen appointments with other auto shops, I am extremely grateful to have found a place that could fix my issue.

These guys went way above expectations. Not only were they expedient in servicing my car, but they identified a major issue & fixed it in no time at all. They worked with me on meeting my budget & offered so much more added value to the work by addressing other underlying issues for me. They saved me from having a potential major issue down the road. I recently took my SUV to Bruneel to have all four tires replaced. Along with the new tires, they charged me for an alignment, which was understandable, and assured me they would balance the tires as well. However, when I got my SUV back, it was driving terribly. Not only was there significant vibration at both low and high speeds, but the vehicle was also pulling hard to the right. I contacted Bruneel and brought the SUV back a few days later. They realigned and rebalanced the tires. While the alignment improved, the vibration at higher speeds (around 60 mph) remained. I called them back immediately, but was told this was the best they could do. I found this response unacceptable. Frustrated, I took my SUV to Discount Tire. They quickly identified that the front left and rear right tires were severely out of balance. Additionally, they noticed that the lug nuts were all different sizes, which Bruneel should have caught. This discrepancy can cause improper seating of the wheel and lead to vibrations. Discount Tire addressed these issues within minutes, and my SUV immediately drove significantly smoother at all speeds. In my experience, the service at Discount Tire is far superior to what I received at Bruneel.

The manager Joe has been dealing with me and my family for nearly 20 years. This is by far the only shop I will ever bring my vehicles to for any work whether it's big or small. I highly recommend this shop to anyone and will continue to refer my friends here as well.

Bad experience with this location! Last time I was in, employee behind the counter lost his cool and was screaming the F word and name calling. Incredible behavior for an adult and supposedly a professional. Other customers witnessed it! I made contact with their main office and sent an email with no response. A sad representation for this Business.

Never Going Back! I had started to develop what I thought was a great relationship with this shop, but they let me down. I purchased a new set of tires from them and they suggested I have my front tie rods replaced on my truck, as they said they were worn. After paying for the tie rod replacement, the alignment drifted out causing the insides of the tires to wear near bald. They suggested the front springs were worn and needed to be replaced. After an alignment adjustment and an expensive quote, I decided to have my brother help me do the job myself, along with replacing the ball joints. When we got under the truck and started tearing things apart, the tie rods that were there were very worn/weathered and the end grease boots were cracked - not likely after less than a year of wear. It looked like they only replaced the shaft cover boots and charged for the full job. I'm extremely disappointed that a company with, what I thought was a good reputation would stoop to these tactics just to make a buck.

Regarding your response concerning your employee… I did not spit on the ground at any time. I did not call anyone a derogatory name. Your employee knows this and it's appalling that he or you would say so. You do not have it on camera because these actions didn’t happen. If you had it on camera, there would be no need to corroborate with anyone. Nothing justifies his behavior and your attempt to do so is very unfortunate.

Major issues with my sons truck and was not cheap. Ended up finding that they were extremely reasonably priced. Then there was a major fail only DAYS "after" the warranty of the work and parts had expired. Contacted them very worried about another major expense or just having to ditch the vehicle. The owner got on the phone immediately with the vender and got replacement for FREE and also kept their word on their work, reinstalling and repairs as if warranty was still good. "There is no way this should fail, and within a few days of the warranty, it would be upsetting. So, we covered the work and parts". They kept their word and stayed loyal to their work. -thank you.

Nathan is the man, great to deal with. Fast 4 tire change and the crew is great also. Needed a nail removed from my tire that I purchased from them, got the brush off twice. Discount tire looks like the better shop.
