I have been a customer of Bruce’s Tirea for 15 years I have had my cat taken care of at your Fremont location and yesterday your San Jose location The staff at both locations are exceptionally polite, courteous, knowledgeable, kind, and extremely helpful. I’ve had nothing but amazing experience working with the mechanics and your staff. Thank you Bruce’s tires. I feel that my car is going to be fixed right and I have nothing to worry about.. I greatly appreciated the service at Bruce's Tire and Auto Service. I had to tow my car here after getting two flat tires (such is my luck); I was helped out pretty quickly after walking in, and Anthony was very helpful, respectful and adhered to the budget I had set for the tires. I ended up replacing all four tires here, and they worked hard to complete service by closing time. I would definitely recommend coming here for your auto needs - I plan on coming back for my future services since their prices are much more reasonable than other shops I have gone to in South Bay.

The Team at Bruce’s Tire went above and beyond in my time of need…were able to direct to hard to find parts, fix problems related to a tire blow out, replace all my work tires and do a bumper to bumper inspection all into days…also fixed minor issues not related. I came in on October 2nd to get an oil change for my 2011 Avalanche at the Bayshore Road facility. I was treated kindly and with respect. They knew of my cancer and finished the job quickly and found a way to help me on the costs. I will absolutely be using this company for all of my automotive needs and I highly recommend that you all do as well. Fast, courteous, reliable, caring service! Thanks guys.

Been using Bruce’s Tire & Auto , 6 yrs for my auto and commercial truck. They are always helpful, and get the job done. If they fon’t have what you need, they usually get it in overnight! Great service !

Jay got me in and out during my time of need he knew I was coming from Sacramento to Santa Clara to see a concert. I got a flat tire. They were prompt. They did what they said they were going to do. The entire staff was amazing. I cannot thank them enough in my time of need, I would definitely recommend this company. I might go back to get more tires comming from Sacramento.

I’ve been going to Bruce’s for over 20 years. Their service is the best! Never had a single issue with them. The employees are fantastic and very knowledgeable. They give you the feel of a small town mechanic in a big city.

Anthony was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He was able to diagnose the issues with my car and made reasonable repair recommendations based on his findings. He was honest and displayed utmost integrity. His guys in the shop did a great job photographing the parts in need of repair or replacement which was a great feature they offer. They keep you up to date on each step in the process which leaves little or no questions regarding what is going on with the repairs. The work was done on time, at a reasonable price and of high quality. I'd definitely recommend Bruce's!

They performed great job by replacing all 4 tires of my car. It was mounted and installed well, also well balanced and alignment too. I will go back again for these types of services next time I need any of them.....They also have nice crews.....

Very impressed and pleased with the service here at Bruce’s Tire. The staff was courteous and handled my service on short notice and did a great job. Service writer and technicians were prompt, knowledgeable, skilled and professional. They all did a great job with my truck alignment needs when several other shops couldn’t handle the task. Very glad I found them and will be having them handle my alignment and front end maintenance in the future.

They know when you're between a rock and a hard place. I had a blowout at the inner duel on my 23ft. motorhome while traveling south from Port Angeles Washington. My lug wrench was too short to get to the rear lug nuts so I decided to let them mount my spare and sell me a new tire. They wouldn't mount the spare because it was seven years old. After asking them to use one of my steer tires that was six years old they wouldn't do that either. A single new tire on the back could have been problematic because of the difference in wear so I asked them to install a newer used tire. They refused and insisted on selling me two new tires that would have been incompatible with the other tires on my rig. I said "you're not letting me out of here for less than $600.00 are you?". The representative said "nope". I left, got a bigger lug wrench at a local O'Reilly's, and did the job myself. I had another shop mount a five year old used spare that was compatible with my existing tires. These people will take advantage of your bad luck if they can. I didn't let them and you shouldn't either.

I went to Bruce Tires looking for quality of work on mounting a tractor tire on an oversized rim. What I got was an excellent customer staff making sure that quality of work is most important no matter the size of the tire .

I'm very pleased with how they did the aliment on my Sprinter with a long wheelbase. They start working early in the morning and manage to get a lot done. I recommend the manager Andrew.
