Amazing and friendly staff! They took longer than expected for my car so they through in my realignment for free and saved me $75 bucks. I appreciated the make good! Also was able to order me 4 tires same day as a walk- in!

I bought 4 new tires. The last time I bought 4 new tires from this Bruce’s location they included alignment. This time they let me drive off without even mentioning it. Obviously when you get new tires they should be aligned. At the least ask me or say something. Don’t let me drive off. Now I have to go get it aligned making another trip. Waste of my time. And I don’t have much of it. Tim

I had a slow leak in one of my tires. I took my car to Bruce’s Tires. The person at the front desk was kind, courteous and understanding. He told me he can check it out for me and that it will take about 45 minutes. It took them less time and they were able to repair it for a reasonable cost. I’m very happy with their service.

The service efficient and prompt as explained by the staff. The staff are pleasant and friendly to work with. This is a return maintenance for our 2nd car. I woould recommend Bruce's Tire and Auto Service.

Great Guys !! I had a low tire so I thought but oh no I had 2 defective tires on my trailer the only 2 tires. Thank goodness they were the tire shop Google sent me too !! Awesome crew very polite and knowledgeable !! Thanks Guys for getting me home to Oregon safely ❤️

Great price for an oil change. They made recommendations for certain services. I don’t get work done there, but that was a good thing to make me aware of needed service for my car. Very nice and professional.

Never been here before, as I was leaving work, got a low tire pressure warning light. I got out to look and the tire did look really low, a co worker told me of this place close by so I decided to have it checked out. I pulled in, they took the car into garage quickly to check the tire, found a puncture, fixed it and all done in less than an hour. Really friendly, quick, and very reasonably priced. Definitely would recommend!!!

Bruce’s Tire & Auto Service was great once again this week… just wanted to add to my review from about a year ago! 😃👍🏼 —————————- I'm amazed with the service, care, and value that I have received with Bruce's Tire (on Hegenberger)...also, the manager, Tony is not only super knowledgeable, but very friendly and can explain the nature of a situation very well to someone like myself who doesn't know much about cars or tires. The next time I need a service and/or tires, I want to give them my business - they are not trying to squeeze every dollar out of you every opportunity they get and want to earn your loyalty by proving that.

Great experience at the Hegenber location. Price was below online quote. They had the tires the next day. Old school! No waiting 2 weeks for an appointment. By the time my ride showed up they had my truck in the air and tires were coming off. In and out in about an hour. Raphael you rock!

I was able to come in without an appointment and they removed a screw very quickly. They took a look at my brakes and gave their opinion on if I needed an alignment. They said I didn’t need either, and I really appreciate their honesty and not upselling me. I will be coming back for new tires in the future and recommending them!

I was referred to Bruce’s by the Costco tire center. And what a great referral. My alignment and oil change were done quickly and at a price that was quoted beforehand. And a great price at that. The two men in the “office” were friendly and knowledgeable and didn’t dilly-dally. A rather commendable auto experience.

I left a pretty harsh review the other day and this shop really didn't deserve it. This shop is in an area that could really use the business. Hegenberger is a bit down right now. Based upon other reviews here I suggest you go here, we had a bit of a scheduling problem but things happen. It turned out well in the end and I don't want to be someone to make a huge deal out of something that wasn't. Needs some tires try this shop, they seem very highly recommended.
