A complete waste of time notified the scheduler of the issue got my appointment made left work early to get to the appointment for them to then tell me they can’t complete the job , then when i asked to speak to a supervisor i was denied that option called back twice to speak to them and call was declined both times very unprofessional and would NOT recommend!

Had a few issues with them calling with updates. Had to call myself to get updates. And the first time they made my brand new car look worse than it did when we took it in to get some scratches fixed. They did take it back and fix it correctly so everyone was happy in the end.

This place is a joke. They rip you off. The customer service and the financially managers need to go back to school. They are so rude and disrespectful. Will never take my vehicle there again.

I was working at this place and was doing good and all of sudden I get laid off it sucks when a company can just randomly lay you off with no warning I’m not here to complain just wanted to say life been so difficult because of this company

Just picked up my 2021 camry xse that a deer decided to jump in front of going 60mph they done a fantastic job better than I could have imagined super perfossional and Ken was great cant thank you all enough 5 stars from me

I am uncertain if the issue is entirely Brown’s fault or the Progressive Insurance Company. Brown used non vehicle manufacturer’s parts in the repair, some previously used. I was not informed of this until after the work was completed. The replaced bumper doesn’t fit properly, the new paint has a chip and certain panels fall off with just a touch of the hand. This repair greatly diminished the value of my vehicle. Brown had my vehicle for almost a month. I couldn’t be more disappointed.

If you have a 90s beater this shop is for you. If you have a newer car and value its condition, AVOID. Meghan will deny any wrongdoings from their mechanics.

I brought my car here to repair the front bumper around June 18. I told Ken, the estimator, that I was going to move out of state on June 28. I didn’t want to put pressure to repair it quickly without sacrificing the quality. Ken was up for the challenge and was honest throughout the whole process. I got my car before moving out and they did so good with the repair. My car looked so new, as if nothing happened! The bumper is intact and the color matches the rest of the car. Ken and the rest of the team are champs!

Jared helped me get an appointment and sent me to a knowledgeable estimator, Jorge. Jorge was a huge help in navigating the repair of my car. Even though I had some issues with the insurance payment, he kept me in the loop and continued to follow up with them. I would recommend him again and again.

We have used them twice (on the same car, ah to have teenagers…) and both times they did a great job. The cost was close to the estimate, they kept us updated on the progress, and the car looked better than before the accident. While I hope not to need them again, I certainly will if we have another collision.

I went here because I hit a deer in my 2019 Ford Ranger. The poor devil totally messed up the driver's side rear door, and driver's side truck bed. They made the repair quickly and processes my insurance claim seamlessly. No back and further, chasing people down, waiting weeks for paperwork. None of that. The work was of good quality and truck was restored to pre-accident condition. While I was there I had some front end damage from 2 years prior I thought we might as well addressed (a different deer). Gared Powell was great to work with. He told me what a full repair with all new parts would cost and I told him what I had to spend. We worked out something that greatly improved the look of the front end and was within my budget. He didn't try to sell me on something I couldn't afford. He listened when I told him what my concerns were and he worked something out that was an affordable middle option. I think the truck looks very sharp after the fix. I was very pleased with my experience.... Other than hitting 2 deer... that sucked a lot.

The entire repair process was seamless and factor in Frank Gray, the process was just perfect. Quality workmanship is very important and that is apparent in all repaired areas.
