We went to the local Walmart first that was a big mistake ! Broussard was very precessional. And helped us with our tire need. They Got right on it and got it done so we could make our 5 hour drive back home.

I was working In Houma Louisiana Doing damage assessment for the power restoration during hurricane Francine. I got bad fuel and my truck quite running. TIM, took care of all the problems with my truck. He did a wonderful job. I would highly recommend his company for all mechanic work needed. Thank you for all you did for me in this emergency situation.

I just moved into houma and I brought my car here about a month ago for a huge oil leak and white smoke coming out the tailpipe. I was originally quoted $2500 to replace an oil pan, turbo o rings and rear main seal cover. I told them to do it and got a call later saying they couldn't replace the main seal cover bc they don't have the right hoist for my engine. I told them to replace the other things and i'll get that done somewhere else. Guy called me when my car was ready and said i didn't need that main seal replaced anymore, that $1500 job they weren't able to do. I picked the car up and check engine light came on 5 seconds down the road. Then my car started leaking oil and blowing white smoke again! I didn't want to bring it back here because they clearly didn't know what they were doing, so i brought it to another shop and they said the oil pan i just got replaced is what was leaking. i bring it back to broussard's and he tells me i must be hitting something because my oil pan busted in the same spot. Guy said he'll give me a discount on a new oil pan since i just bought one (he didn't he just bought a cheaper oil pan) and he insists that's the ONLY thing wrong with the car. Well guess what? My car still had the same problem after $2000 and 2 visits to this guy. Turns out it was a clogged pcv valve causing major oil pressure in my engine cause leaks from weak spots like oil pan and gaskets, it was $60 part that has turned into a lot more because these guys aren't competent or they just don't care. Save your money and time and just bring your vehicle somewhere else. Also someone needs to tell these guys clearing a code for a check engine light DOES NOT FIX THE PROBLEM LOL

Ms.Ella and Mr.Tim were super sweet and genuine. customer service was 10/10 and Mr.Tim definitely Educated me with things going on under my car. I wouldn’t go anywhere they are definitely the best in town!!!

Amazing service! mr. Tim was great with our 100 point inspection. He communicated well with how everything was going and was able to get me in and out. I had my 1 year old with me (which can be crazy sometimes) and they were fine with her roaming around which is great. Nikki was the sweetest and very helpful. Overall, great experience. You don’t get service like theirs everywhere. Thank y’all!

I highly recommend Broussard’s Automotive Repair &Tires!!! I was in a bind needing all 4 tires replaced, sitting on a flat when I called them. Immediately I was met with great customer service. They didn’t have the set, but was going to pick them up in 30 minutes. I got a great deal on the set and had fast professional service!!!

I pay for him to put the truck on the machine to see what was the problem and he did not want to print what the machine said So I have no proof what was wrong with the truck Don’t use this Repaire guy

Posting this review on behalf of my mom Penny Cranford, My 2008 maxima has been giving me problems. I went to 3 other shops to have my front end problems addressed and never left satisfied with how my car drove even after spending a large amounts of money. One of the previous shops I went to only replaced one spark plug and coil pack when they all should have been done. My ac had been out for three years and now I am finally riding comfortably. I worked with Ella, Nikki and Tim, they were very thorough and informative without pressuring me. I would definitely recommend them to anyone as the service and price were great.

So far I've brought my truck to him a couple times. Done a complete tune up, changed my rear main seal, and done compete front end work. No problems no complaints. He has my 2007 chevy silverado riding like a brand new truck again.
