DO NOT GO HERE!! i paid 3000 to have my car fixed. Came home with scratches all over it, my valves and timing belt came undone. I had a paperclip attached to my battery terminal. On top of that they done “electrical work” and now my heat, defroster, lights, hazard lights and windshiled washer fluid doesnt work. My throttle position senosr was unhooked and three other sensors had to be plugged back in. Im still working with another mechanic to get the damages fixed.

Took out my father's catalytic converter without his permission and replaced it with a defective one after having swapped his transmission without changing a sensor that was thought to be the issue first. We would have never known about the converter had they not forgotten to weld it correctly. His truck made a horrid noise as soon as he drove it off and only after he took it back for that noise did they tell him they had swapped the converter. The horror stories you hear about mechanics breaking things while they "fix" your car to ensure repeat business, they're about places like these.

I have tried numerous times to call the shop, I have stopped by in the morning only to find there's no door clearly marks to enter, in a parking lot that is so disheveled and packed one can't even know where to park their car! they don't pick up the phone, I'm trying to give them business, I work right next door, and I can never get ahold of anyone! If you're that disorganized getting customers I'm sure not going to trust you with my car!!!!

Kept my car for 5 months for the timing chain.paid $600 up front.i could never get in touch with anyone.and when i did no answers were ever given.all said and done i got my car back with grease all inside.scratches all over the front.the drive shaft in my back seat.check engine lights on.and they still had the nerve to ask for more money bc they "fixed the timing chain" this was a fully loaded buick enclave that now needs more than what they wanted me to pay to fix it!
