They got 4 stars because they refused to check my tire after they plugged it and tried light started blinking again indicating it still had a leak, they said we don't warranty plugs

So I purchased 2 tires from him for 80 and I'm thinking they new which he say tire was from 2022 then out the wrong size tire on the other side which is slow who would do that but also I went back up to him to see if he can put he same size tire on the other side he say give me my money back and I'll put yo tires back on terrible customer service and wrong treating people like that then he say he open at 9 he really open at 10:30 11ish is wild but I wouldn't recommend thus shop to no one I'm going to firestone now on brand new tires with warranty 240 I'm fine with that then paying 160 for so called new tires also my guy went to thistle shop as well he gave him 3 used tires but told him it was new and also he had my tires misaligned as well both of them might as well just change oil then sale tires

Horrible customer service. This was my second visit and nothing’s changed. I asked to see the dates on the tires to see how old they are and he refused to show me.He just wants to charge a new tire price for a used tire and then gets aggressive if you have questions. He just puts tire shine on his used tires so they look new. If you put lipstick on a pig it’s still a pig.

Had The best tire experience Yet!! If you need a new tire go to brothers they Fixed my Flat tire. In a matter of mins, inventory stays full so no issue on figuring out if they have your tire or not & Great prices I’d say the best in the city!!!!l

I got a flat tire while I was in town visiting friends. Thankfully this place was close by where I broke down. Bryan had my tire in stock and these guys were able to put the new one on and get me back on the road in a pinch! Appreciate it guys!!

I recently visited to get my brakes done and replaced my side panel after an accident. I was not disappointed!!! The business is under new ownership and Bryan has excellent customer service, I trusted his opinion and the price he quoted. I am happy I decided to get my car worked on here. I will definitely be back in the future and will highly recommend to friends/ family. I’ve had bad experiences with mechanics in the past, I’m glad to have found one it seems like I can trust.

Sales bad used tires… sales them at the price of brand new. I would not recommend coming here for any services. Don’t go!!! He also has ONLY 30-days on his brand new tires that he charged me $70-$90 for! Do not go here! Bad business!

It’s a bad place with bad and rude customer service , selling regular used tire in $80 and same brand on Amazon and Walmart brand new for $95 and when I explained to him this is not make any sense he was rude , I don’t recommend him at all he just wants to pull money from customers Bad owner behavior
