The man pictured in the other review with the red hat is actually the worker I believe I had the misfortune of encountering today. My tire light came on and I went to the shop to ask for it to be checked for leaks. He was very dismissive and rude at first interaction on his phone texting and apparently annoyed that I interrupted him to ask for service. Rudely he told me to pull up my car which I did and with out explaining what he would do for my vehicle he just started checking the pressure and adding air. Something I had already done myself. I asked if he could check for a leak and he said it’s probably just the pressure. I was annoyed but already planned to take my service else where. He then says $5 dollars. He charged me for a service I did not request and over charged at that. I’ve never had a tire shop charge me to check air pressure or add air for that matter. Not only do I have a portable air pump the gas station charges 50 cents for air. The entire exchange was no more than 5 mins.i will not be back. This was my first and last time.

I knew something was wrong with my car while driving but did not realize I had a flat tire until I pulled over. Luckily I found Bklyn tire shop was close to where I pulled over. Xavier was great. He explained and showed me the problems with my tire and was able to replace it for me. And put air in all my tires. He did a diagnostic on the others to let me know which one will need changing in near future.

SCAM ALERT! Came to check why the tire loses air, the guy took the wheel out, checked and said it’s all good. Then changed the story and tried to sell me a tire sensor for $100. He got very disappointed when I refused to buy a sensor from him and asked to mount the wheel back and check the air in all tires and install 4 wheel locks that I purchased from BMW. At 1-st he said $15 to check the tire + $10 to install the wheel locks (5 minutes of work)- I agreed. When finished I gave him a credit card and all of a sudden the price changed to $40+tax. He said that he never said $25. He said $15 to check tire and $25 to install wheel locks. The guy is a scam and very rude. Was pushing and trying to convince me to pay cash so he can pocket it… Don’t go there! Save your time nerves.

Came to the rotating wheels. New car has 10,000 miles on it. The bottom of the car is damaged and they are stuck under the bottom in two places. I do not recommend coming to them. They do not work professionally. After that I was not disappointed.😤😤😤

Came to seal the tire, the worker started screaming at me for no reason and tried convinced me that my wheel, which is in good condition, cannot be sealed and only way to buy a new one.

The biggest lier. While I was on the phone they guy came and told me the tire balancing is done and wanted to put the unfixed tire right away I told him I have to see it on the balancing machine first to make sure it’s been fixed but he tried refuse to show it and started yelling at me so I had make him to put the tire on the machine and it wasn’t fixed but he still tried to lie. So it took me one hour to balance and fix the tire. Will never go to this places again.

Just went to this tire shop because my low pressure light came on. The guy comes out and ask what I want and I said I need my pressure light is on and need air to see which tire is low. He says “ARE YOU GOING TO BUY 4 NEW TIRES”??? I said no I just need air. He says “IF YOU ARE NOT BUYING 4 NEW TIRES YOU NEED TO GO”. Can’t believe he refused service because I didn’t want to buy 4 new tires. You can’t make this stuff up, this place needs to be shut down if he is the owner and if he’s not the owner he needs to be fired. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. Absolutely the worse service humanly possible.

Check you're tire pressure after going here!These idiots overinflated my tire to 50 PSI on a 32 PSI tire. I could have had a blowout. Maybe they overinflated because they expect a leak from a bad patch job
