⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If I could give Brooklyn Motors Inc more than five stars, I absolutely would! This shop is a hidden gem for anyone with a European car. The level of expertise here is unmatched—Eric and his crew are true masters when it comes to understanding the intricacies of European engines. They didn’t just fix my car; they took the time to explain every step of the process in a way that was clear and easy to understand. What really stood out to me was their honesty and transparency. In a world where it’s hard to find trustworthy mechanics, Eric and his team are the real deal. They walked me through exactly what they were going to do, why it was necessary, and even gave me tips on how to maintain my engine afterward to keep it running smoothly. They do quality work by the book, everything original and fitted correctly. No cut corners here. Consistently good work for almost a decade, Eric is awesome and really had a good grip on the whole shop and addresses any questions or concerns right away.

Not sure where do I even start?? Eric has been very helpful throughout the whole process. Bought my car in and told him the issues I’ve been having. Told me he’d take care of it and he by far exceeded my expectations! Fixed the wiring issue I had and a clean install of some aftermarket parts for my car. Communication was top notch and kept me in the loop. Everything done looks OEM and super clean. Highly recommend if you are looking for a shop with performance/repairs or anything else 🙏🏽💯

Brooklyn Motors is a clean shop that does good work, you’ll see everything from Audi R8’s and Nissan Gtr’s to Audis and Bimmers, and for good reason, they do excellent work. If you’re like me and work on your own car from time to time but are unsure of an install, leave it up to the pros and get it done right the first time. Eric is cool and will take his time with any questions or concerns you may have, he sat down and ordered some parts online for me when I needed work done on my coil overs, much appreciated. Highly recommend and will be taking my car back here in the future.

Excellent service throughout the process. My car needed to get serviced (new turbo) and a friend recommended Brooklyn Motors to me. Eric and the team were extremely thorough, transparent and helpful throughout the entire process. I received multiple update calls throughout which was extremely helpful. Brooklyn Motors was able to diagnose the issue and was extremely quick in installing the new turbo that was needed. I would highly recommend Brooklyn Motors to anyone that was in need of a car repair.

Excellent shop! Eric is super knowledgeable and his staff professional. Swapped my 22' inch rims here and not a nick on any of my wheels. They also tighten the lug nuts by hand and without an impact driver, so they're extremely precise and detailed about their work. Will be coming here for future needs for my BMWs.

I’ve been looking for a shop to take my car for months, and nothing seemed quite right until I found Brooklyn Motors! Everybody there is extremely professional and respectful!! Not even a customer yet. I pulled in unannounced and Eric took 3hrs of his time diagnosing my TT RS, even driving it around the block 2 times. On my way out I asked, “How much do I owe you?” “No charge.” Eric and BM, you have a new customer - I will be bringing her back. Incredible customer service. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Amazing quality work and service! Eric and his team at Brooklyn Motors are just incredible professionals; they tackled a complex custom suspension lift plus installed a new performance exhaust on my 2008 Audi A4 3.2L V6 manual transmission which was exactly what I was looking for; car drives, rides, and sounds amazing!! Eric was always available, patient in walking me thru each step, and so knowledgable. I will be back for additional upgrades (and basic maintenance) knowing the quality and care will be just excellent! Thank you Eric and team!!

Best experience going to a mechanic shop hands down. Eric really took his time explaining everything to me that was wrong and how it affected my car, I could tell right away he has a lot of experience and knows what he's talking about, he was being honest and straight forward with what needed to be replaced and consulted me with what repairs I should do first as budget was a concern, as well as being patient and answering all the questions I had for him. I feel like I was being taken care of instead of being taken advantage of and you can tell they value their customers not to mention how clean and organized the shop was, I was genuinely surprised, and I feel like that was a telltale sign that they are proud of the work that they perform there. This is definitely my go to shop from now on!

Brought my B9.5 SQ5 in for 1/ hybrid turbo install for the stage 3 build, 2/ custom exhaust work, and 3/ dyno sessions. Erik and Alex are truly great to work with. Alex is extremely knowledgeable mechanic and will make sure the work is done the right way. Will definitely bring my car back for any future work.

Hired then to upgrade my BMW infotainment system to add Appleplay. Their work was fast and very professional. Very courteous staff-especially Erik, the owner, who was fantastic. Despite the distance from Manhattan I will be using them in the future.

Honestly, this guy was really informative and realistic when it came to ordering my parts for my car. I didn’t trust my local dealership service since they are always lying about the service they actually do. When it came to replacing my brake pads and rotors they were efficient and good. I replaced both axes and had no problem with it. The price was pretty fair. Some places quoted me less and some more. But this spot was pretty fair.
