I recently took my car to Brooklyn Motors, and I have to say, it was a fantastic experience! From the moment I walked in, Roman and the team made everything so easy. They quickly assessed the damage and explained the repair process in a way that actually made sense to me. What really impressed me was the rental car they provided while mine was being worked on. It took the stress out of the whole situation! Plus, Roman handled all the insurance details, so I didn’t have to deal with any of that headache. It felt like I had my own personal assistant! Roman was super friendly and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the process. When I picked up my car, it looked like new—smooth and ready to hit the road again! Unfortunately, things arise and your car/baby needs to be serviced due to reckless behavior of others. Brooklyn Motors brought my car back to NEW. Shout Out to Roman who really made me feel at ease and showed professionalism throughout our interaction!! I truly appreciated how Max kept me informed with up-to-date status on my car. My car was also returned to me before my original estimated date.

I recently took my car to Brooklyn Motors to have it repaired after having been in a fender bender. Throughout the process, the staff were friendly and professional. They sent updates of what work was being done to my car, sent photos when asked, and had no problem breaking down the process for me and answering questions as it’s my first time bringing my car to a repair shop. Also, their work has a life time guarantee which makes me feel at ease. I left a satisfied customer and am happy to have my car back in it’s original condition. Before & After pictures for reference.

The staff at Brooklyn Motors was amazing, Roman was also someone who worked directly with me thru the whole process and provided me updates on the regular. after i got my vehicle back it looked even better than prior to my damages.

Quick turn around after a deer rammed me. Flawless job and they even helped installed back all my off market pieces. Tesla was also charged up before pick up. Highly recommended.
