Customer service is amazing. Haven’t finished our service yet but long story short: Was going to bring a tire in to replace but lug nut was too warped for my tools to remove so I drove a short distance to the shop. I parked on the side street to let them know the situation beforehand. They said they would take care of it. As I am about to drive in I notice the tire comes off the rim. I go back inside to share the news and they go out to the street to help… man I feel like I need to give them so much more than just a positive Google review. Everyone was so friendly. There is also a cat that roams around who is really cute and likes to be pet. THANK YALL SO MUCH.

This is the only place I take my duramax 2500 lbz these guys are amazing. Ruben is the only person I trust working on my vehicle after I took it to another shop and they tried to price gouge me and set me back 3 weeks what takes these guys a couple hours or days. They are very knowledgeable and are amazing techs! I will never take my truck anywhere else but here! Best shop in San Antonio, best customer service hands down!

Great service. Very trustworthy! I dropped my car off with engine problems. They diagnosed it and fixed it within 3 days. Rather than charging me for a brand new catalytic converter, these guys went the extra mile and fixed the part rather than taking the easy way out and replacing it, saving me about 2k. They kept me updated every day. Highly recommend. car runs great

These guys are obviously busy. They have every bay full and a bunch more cars lined up for what I’m guessing are drop offs for lengthier repairs. I pulled up without notice with a flat due to nails. They were airing it up (to move it) before I even paid the tow truck driver. They have the tire off and are working on it and I’ve not been here five minutes. Whole staff is friendly too. Unquestionable 5 stars and I don’t even know the price yet (I’m sure I could’ve asked). *Update: they couldn’t fix my tire and they physically showed me why. Then they spent 45 minutes answering all my questions and digging through the tire catalog showing me every possible option, never trying to upsell me. Finally landed on one and they said they’d have them in same day, that I could come in whenever, and it would be no more than an hour. No charge for the labor on the busted tire or setting me up with an interim spare. Do not go anywhere else.

Seem like nice guys, but don’t trust them with larger jobs. Charged us for work that another mechanic demonstrated they did not actually perform. Asked us to bring it back “under warranty” but since they never performed the work to begin with, that would be even more foolish. Expensive lesson.

Fast and friendly service. I stopped in on my lunch break to get my tire patched. I almost didn't stop here because of all of the vehicles parked in the area and overflowing onto the street - I thought for sure I would have to wait awhile, but I was actually greeted immediately when I walked in and when I told them I had a nail in my tire and just looking to get it patched, they told me to drive my car around back and that they'd take care of it right away. I was back on the road in about 10/15 minutes. Mechanics were very professional and friendly. The price was reasonable as well.

My family and I are going through a tough time and our car has no AC we have 3 kids this summer is unbearable to make things just a little more rough I have breast cancer and one of the employees I'm assuming a manager was willing to work with us. We haven't gone yet but even over the phone this would be a place I would love to go to and be able to trust!

THANK YOU!!!!! I never write reviews but I am so impressed by my experience here. Jeff patched my tire, swapped out the spare, and helped me back out of the lot. My new guardian angel LOL and thanks to the two at the desk for answering some of my questions about the area. I can’t wait for my car to break again so I can come back!!!!!

This is the best local mechanic shop in town. I’ve been a loyal customer to Rick and Kevin for the past 8-9 years. They are honest and offer a few options when you have to consider a repair. They do great work with integrity and care about their customers.
