They're not kidding about 10-minute oil service, and that time period includes tire pressure check, engine fluid checks, filter swap, the works! Quality service at affordable prices, and a spacious maintenance bay that fits a long-body Ram 2500 van! Friendly personable mechanics, the atmosphere is very relaxed. Also, there's a Dutch Bros in the same lot about 60 seconds of walking from the garage!

I don’t know what Keith is talking about this is the best lube shop in Boise. Great customer service very knowledgeable I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else.

I normally change my own oil, but with the heat, I thought it would be best to stop here on the way home. I have never gone here, but they did a great job, and I will return.

At first, offered synthetic oil change for $44 since I brought up Jiffy Lube when he told me they honor the coupons. When I got into the garage, I asked him how I can verify that they actually used synthetic oil. He said hold on a minute, there must've been some miscommunication with the mechanic because he's getting ready to put regular oil into your car. Second, when I asked him how the transmission fluid looked he said it looks very dirty and needs to be changed. I told him my son-in-law changed it three weeks ago, and then he backtracked and said it must've been the residue on the engine that made the measuring stick look dark. Third, I was told the headlights didn't work. I know they do because I check those regularly. Fourth, he tried to sell me a battery, and the hook was to give me a discount on the oil change of $25 deduction. By that point, I said. no, I'll go to AutoZone. Had been there four times before and thought they were OK because they were on the surface courteous. It might be hit and miss there, but this time it was a three times major miss, Or should I say mess?

Rip off!! I sent my HS son in to get his oil changed in an older vehicle. The workers were nice and helpful but told him he had to get synthetic oil…. My son didn’t question them or call me. So what would cost $25 at Walmart for oil cost us $80,,, and that didn’t even include the labor. Go to a local shop that you can trust, where they won’t try to rip you off. $120 for an oil change for a vehicle that only takes 4 quarts is borderline fraud. I would’ve given them a zero stars if I could’ve.

Love the guys there. I'm always in and out fast. Always helpful friendly stuff. Won't get my oil done at another place. I live in Nampa ID, I drive 20-30mins just to get my oil done. Its the best can't beat that now can you haha

Crew is knowledgeable, and confident. Seriously the fastest and least intrusive oil change experience I've found. The man in the pit is much like the Wizard of Oz and prefers to remain unseen while delivering problems and potential solutions from below in the tone of a well salted professional. The gentlemen above board are courteous, car savvy, and capable as well. The banter between the guys gives the shop an old school vibe I enjoy. The quality work paired with the vibe are a bonus to the 10-15 minutes pit stop every 3000.

They did the oil change but failed to do their "free inspection". They claimed they did but one of their inspection points was tire pressure and they didn't bother to even check it. Over priced and failed to live up tontheir offers.
