Incredible experience with BIG Motors... They were able to squeeze me in same day and saved my engine that had too much oil from the dealership. The service was like walking into a friends home but with high energy and and a buzz of automotive passion. Julie and Alex were welcoming and inviting and I could tell right away these techs really know their stuff. They will be getting all my future business. Looking forward to servicing the AMG in the spring you guys!

I had a pre-purchase inspection done on a Porsche 911 Turbo S. I live on the other side of the country and had to buy the vehicle site unseen. Jeremy, Alex, & Dean were all fantastic to deal with. Dean spent over 45 minutes with me after the inspection going through the report. He gave me the peace of mind I needed to make a 6-figure vehicle purchase. Extremely knowledgeable and very detailed report. Thank you UPDATE: When I receive the car the passenger side rear seat lumbar support was missing. It was actually missing from the original advertisement pictures from the dealership which claimed they didn't know it was missing also. This part is $1500 from Porsche. Thankfully I was able to find a similar one on eBay for substantially less. The fuse was also blown for the 12V chargers and cigarette lighter so I couldn't charge my devices. These 2 item were overlooked by the technician but he seems to have caught the major stuff.

I was recently having an issue with my fuel door not opening while the car was unlocked. I called around town to find a shop that could help but nobody was able to get me in for several days. Samson (hope I spelt your name right)! was very helpful and told me to come down even before the shop was about to close. We ended up getting the problem solved. Great group of people running this shop. Will definitely be back!

The first car that I ever bought, a 1976 MGB, finally needed some extensive clutch and gasket work after all these years. My long-time mechanic, Loma, had retired from the business some years ago, so I needed to find a new shop to care for my MG. British Italian German Motors treated my B as if it was their own, meticulously addressing the needs of the vehicle while casting a broad net in their search for parts. For example, instead of accepting a hose that did not quite fit, they had one made locally according to design specs. While the process took time, what I now drive is a car that performs much as it did when I first purchased it in 1988 (I am the second owner). They stand by their work with their parts and service warranty, and I could not be more pleased with the results. Thank you BIG for getting me back on the road.

I dropped my BMW 750 for a drive axel and looked at the shop. Everything and everyone looked capable. They were referred by a friend and the estimate process was more professional and efficient than the local dealership. It's great that we have a group of great mechanics and car lovers for European cars. The old saying for all European cars "you gotta pay to play"!

1st time using this shop. I just purchased this GT3 and wanted it inspected and the oil changed. Great clear communication upfront, thorough service and notes on the car. Even replaced my key fob battery without asking. Alex was accommodating getting the car in and had time to talk and help me understand the shops history and some of the different technicians and their history as well. Looking forward to having them continue to service this car and others. Appreciate it, BIG!

I have a somewhat general distrust of any mechanic or shop, BUT these guys are amazing! I actually trust them and their diagnosis, repairs, and work! Initially took my car in for an oil change, they checked to see if my rear differential fluid needed changed at the same time. My car is notorious for needing it done at the miles it was reading for the odometer. They were honest and said it did but that they couldn’t get it done that same day. I took it back later and had it done and they delivered great service once again! Recently, I had a bit of an emergency last week and they got to it much quicker than I had anticipated. Got a call and message saying exactly what the issue was. It came down to user error 🤦🏻‍♀️🤣 they fixed it and didn’t laugh at me-I would have laughed at me if the roles were reversed! They gave me suggestions and were beyond helpful, kind, so great work, and cost efficient! Won’t take my car anywhere else! Wish I would have found them years ago!! Great job and again, thank you so much for taking such good care of my car!

This fine independent shop has delighted me with its fine service! My girlfriend and I bought a first year production (2003) Porsche Cayenne S that was sitting on a farmer's lot south of Nampa. It needed to be jumped, as it had sat there for a month or two, but, even so, readily fired up with the jump! Further, the caretaker farmer informed us that it was owned by a lady relative who lived three hours away in Carey, Idaho, and also that the car "had a mechanical problem". We discovered that the car was early production, February 2003 (Cayenne production was first launched in August 2002). The next step was to attempt to discover the nature of the "mechanical problem". I began to put a few miles on the "metallic green missile", and, it started a bit hard, and ran roughly under 2500 rpm, but, when booted, seemed to acquit itself rather decently. Long story short, was a misfire code in cylinder four. The question was, was this a simple fix with a new coil and new sparkplug, for example, or something more serious? Again, long story short, was a dead cylinder four, little or no compression, caused by a burnt valve. In some extensive discussions with Ken at BritishItalianGerman Motors, he obtained a used engine from a 2006 Cayenne S in California, his personnel removed the existing 4.5 L V8, installed the replacement used engine, and performed all of the related work of connecting and sealing all of it. Then, I began to drive it to assess its performance and reliability. I drove it around 1500 miles in the Boise Valley, Mountain Home, Hagerman, and Twin Falls,drove to New Meadows, Riggins, Grangeville (over Whitebird summit!), Cottonwood, Orofino, Kamiah, Keuterville, and back to Boise. Had the oil and filter changed at BIG, new tires installed at Les Schwab, and drove it 2500 miles to North Carolina in four days (only being stopped by law enforcement twice)! This car is 20 years old, and is a joy to drive! Thank you to BIG Motors! Together, we saved a fine Porsche from the scrapyard!

I've been here for oil changes and an issue with my coolant system. These guys are so knowledgeable about vehicles, not only did they know how to fix the issue I had, they also gave me a lot of good information specific to European cars that many other mechanics around here don't know (or don't offer to tell you). I wouldn't trust my car anywhere but here. 1000 stars, you guys rock!

This is a great business. Honest, great communication and I trust them. They have worked on our LR for a few years and have done an excellent job. Simply put, they are good people who are in it for the long term. They will be fair and I won’t go anywhere else.
