Peter and John have been taking good care of me and my old girl (2012 Range Rover) since we found them in 2020. They expertly installed our hitch and completed some pretty major repairs along the way. Communications over text, including appt reminders, links to estimates and diagnosis info is all smooth. Plus, I trust them!

John and Peter have become our "go to " team for maintenance and repairs on our Landrover LR3 HSE which is now pushing close to 300K miles. They are always fair and honest with their recommendations and talk us through the options for addressing any repair needs. Great team.

Visited several shops in this Auto Mall but none would assist me with removing bearings from a motorcycle swing arm. The service writer presented the swing arm to the technician and advised me that he would see what he could do. Well within a few minutes the bearing were pressed out and I was able to get my swing arm powder coated. I appreciate the fact they gave me the time of day instead of just brushing me off and sending me on my way. Thank you for taking the time to help me. It is truly appreciated and I will do my part to tell others about the great customer service i received.

Thanks to John, I had a great experience from beginning to end. I was shopping around for the DSG transmission service for my GTI, and only a few shops offered that service. I was not going to go to the dealer, just an FYI - just read the reviews. John was quick to send the quote and answer all my questions. I chose them because they were upfront and affordable. They are very flexible with the scheduling, even though they are only open M-F, we made it work. They offered a full report, with pictures and pricing. John was very patient, communicative, and very professional. Overall, I would come back for the other services it needs. Btw, there is an enterprise next door, which is very convenient. Thank you B&G and John, see you next time!

Another fantastic job at British & German Autoworks! Peter and John and their team are always a pleasure to work with. After I got my tires rotated at Discount Tires, I noticed unusual noises coming out from underneath my Rover. I took my Rover into B & G Autoworks to get an assessment. Long story short, there was damage done to the compressor, apparently from an incorrect lift. B&G Autoworks provided a summary of all the damages and provided photos as well. I had just gotten my tires rotated at Discount Tires so I knew that the damage was caused by them. So I filed a claim and it got approved. I had the compressor replaced and my Rover was as good as new. It was a one day job and I was a happy customer. B&G does an excellent job and I highly recommend them!! Thank you for your hard work and dedication!!!

Highly recommend taking your car here for service and repairs. John and Peter can be counted out to thoroughly explain work that needs to be done, and cost. They are highly responsive and provide excellent customer service. Since discovering British & German Autoworks, I no longer go to Land Rover for servicing. This is my go to shop!
