Update* This place still rocks. I've gone to them several times for tire issues. They typically fill them up with air and send me on my way. They don't try to upsell, BS or manipulate you in any way. They're the fairest, most thorough tire shop in all of Denton, and probably all of Texas. HUGE kudos to them. This place rocks. They actually told me to take my car to a different shop to get something replaced at a cheaper price than they could. They're fair, fast and really thorough. I will be back with any car issues in the future.

I mean they did an ok job on my alignment on my Mustang and they told me they couldn’t adjust the camber because there’s no adjustment for it (there is and I found it after looking for it for 10 seconds) but they went and test drove it I heard the person driving it floor it and bang through the gears then on his way back he tried going through the side under construction where it would’ve scraped so I had to go outside and tell him to go around.

I always get nervous sending my wife in to service our vehicles due to bad experiences with dishonest shops in the area. Briscoe exceeded my expectations. Was able to get a same day alignment appointment and car now drives straight as an arrow! Will be back!

Amazing people, and shop let me leave my car there while I drive a hour to get new tires. I showed back up 30 minutes before close and while most people will turn you away they helped me out and installed my new tires. They are a little expensive but I’ll pay a little more for that type of service. New go-to tire shop

Exceptional work with an informative and kind staff. Very personal and I was taken aback at the fact one of the staff members remembered me from a prior visit. This place is a gem to those in need of an alignment or tires. They are very straight forward and I did not feel priced gouging occurred as I paid less than I personally budgeted. This is not a corporate business. This is family owned since 1967. To my delight there is a female staff member named Ashley who the manager said he “wished he had 5 of her” due to her work ethic, so a very diverse staff. I would highly recommend this Denton gem to anyone especially family.

These guys will find a way to take your money even if you have issues with just one wheel. It's very clean, beautiful, and pleasant here, but the prices are outrageous, as if you walked into a Mercedes dealership.

Great tire shop. No nonsense. Takes care of what you ask them to. I had a nail in my tire did a walk in, was in and out within an hour. Reasonable rates. Everyone here is friendly, and as a team they make sure everything goes correctly. I caught another piece of metal in my tire a few days later and they graciously repaired the same tire at no cost. Thank you!!!!

I called and asked for an alignment, I wanted to do the same day. They told me to hold on to find out, after 5 minutes on hold I called back again. Someone else answered, he was very rude and said we can’t do it today. I told him you put me on hold for 5 minutes to find out if you can do it today, if not why you wasted my time and put me on hold indefinitely. He hung up on me. I guess they are too busy for old fashion customer service. You guys are too yuppie now for Denton’s residents.

I will not be returning here as my experience has been below poor. Some reasons below: 1) came for an alignment at my scheduled time but was scheduled while their tech was on lunch so I was at the shop for over an hour. My truck wasn’t seen until 30 min after I checked in. 2) when the tech got in my vehicle I saw and heard him floor it. Driving it like it was his and no regard for other people’s property. When I pointed this out to the front desk person I was later informed my alignment would be free and the techs excuse was the seating position. 3) only a few days after the alignment something must be loose as my steering wheel now needs to be turned to face the 11’oclock angle to drive straight. My best judgement was to not return but I went ahead and had them schedule an appointment to look at it. 4) About 20 min before my scheduled appointment I’m called and informed they have a vehicle stuck in the alignment bay and now need me to reschedule again. Since I already cleared my schedule I didn’t have time the week when they were able to see it. I’ve decided to cut my losses and go to another shop. Ultimately after seeing positive reviews I decided to give this place a shot but I was severely disappointed, several times. If you look at their awards, many are from years ago so it may be a representation of where their quality and service is heading as of late.
