I’ve been going here for a number of years to get my SUVs fixed. 2 Chevys and a Ford. The previous owners did a great job of maintaining our vehicles for years before that and so we continued with this family owned business and have never had a problem. The prices aren’t outrageous and the turnaround times are always really quick. I’ve mostly spoken to Cory Seifert and Josh and they have always been very helpful, friendly and respectful. I recommend them to anyone in the area needing work on their vehicles and don’t want to deal with any hidden fees or BS.

Had a wonderful experience there they found a anti freeze leak I’ve been looking for years to find. Took it in cause it wouldn’t start imagine my great delight when they called and found some problems and asked for permission to fix what they found. Blazer runs great now. 2003 blazer that is. If I could give a higher rating, I would, happily! They were thorough, kept me updated on the progress, the work was priced fairly, and they treated me like I was family even though this was my first time using them! I will definitely be using them exclusively going forward for all my auto repair and maintenance needs! Highly recommend!

We have a Toyota 1988 motorhome and Had already been to another mechanic with power issues that said we needed an AFM and it didn’t work so we were hoping to get some real diagnostics done. We specifically asked for a fuel pressure test and for them to check our battery situation because our house battery was not working too great. Checked into a motel and got a call back the next day from these guys saying that they thought it was the AFM but could not tell us what diagnostics they ran and said they would call us back. Never did and we went back the next morn. At check in they said they could check our battery and such but then later told us they could not handle that and we should go somewhere else that could. . Since we’d already been to another mechanic, and the AFM didn’t work the first time we were apprehensive about this and asked them about the other fuel pressure diagnostics to make sure that this is what it was. They said that based on their experience, they were saying it was the AFM and that they did not think that we needed to run any kind of fuel, pressure test, etc.. we walked away . Ordered the part they told us to buy and our rig ran worse. I did give them two stars because after having a long conversation with them about this before picking up our vehicle, they did say that if we gave them an hour or two, they could go ahead and do that fuel pressure test. The afm was NOT the problem - we needed a fuel pump. Thanks for nada .

I’ve had my van back for a few months now after having extensive work done on it. It’s running perfectly as it should and I couldn’t be more happier. I truly appreciate this Auto Shop and the people that work there. They have always taken care of me and went out of the way to make sure everything is right every time. I was so wronged by this place. I drove my car there to get fixed and after a month they still had my car and it was undriveable. They should have called and said to take it to the dealership that they couldn't fix it but instead made us pay $1,000 for an ABS module that cost them about $180 and literally ripped out the new TCM module they put in while we were there. So a part that costs them about $180 cost me $1,000. I was surprised at how bad they did me I've never had this happen before where I take my car to get fixed and they made it worse. The dealership said they did a number on it I was referred there by my mobile repair guy and we both will never send anyone to them again bc of this.

I'm going to be honest. I don't as much as I should about cars and what needs to be replaced when. I went to the shop (Bridges Auto) yesterday thinking I was gonna need to get my timing belt and water pump replaced because my dad told me I needed to (my car is at about 108,000 miles). So I dropped it off yesterday and was told it would cost me over $2500 for the work!!! Later that day the head mechanic called me back and was honest with me telling me I didn't need either of those replaced for another 22,000 miles! He said it himself "I could've easily taken your money and replaced the parts, but that is not who I am." I picked up my car and didn't have to pay a penny. Long story short, this place is ran by honest hard working people that put the customer first. Anytime I have an issue with my car, i'll be back.

Outstanding service! Took my car in with an electrical problem and within a few hours they called me back and informed me of the possible issue. Additionally, they checked my car and noticed I was loosing oil and need gaskets replaced. Parts were ordered, work completed, and the car is running great!! The owner, techs, and staff were wonderful to talk with and provided great customer service. Thank you for the outstanding job and service. Keep up the great work!

Bridges is hands down the best. It took me a while to find a mechanic. After talking to Corey, my gut told me he's the guy to go with. I knew I needed a new engine but I was actually given a couple options. I went with the replacement. When I got it back, it purred like a kitten. I've driven almost a 1000 miles already and there's not been a single issue. They are honest and up front, no surprises. This is a family owned shop, I appreciate the integrity that this shop puts as a priority. On a side note: I also enjoyed the atmosphere of this shop. Renee and Dawn are wonderful ladies and I enjoyed their conversation. Corey and Griz are quite entertaining too. I'll definitely be using them for my future car needs.

Hands down the best shop I have ever used. They quickly diagnosed the electrical problem I was having with my Ford F150, and throughout the process from start to finish they kept me updated until the job was completed. They also were able to identify the source of what was causing my BCM module to malfunction due to leak in the windshield causing the BCM to get wet. Big thanks to each and everyone at Bridges Automotive. I would highly recommend, fair, honest (which is hard to find nowadays) and reliable!!!

I have no problem with Bridges Auto Repair & Electrical Shop. I liked the fact that you are called with step by step when working on my truck if truck will not be ready when promised. If their is a problem you are kept informed of what is being done to correct the problem. The prices are reasonable unlike others for the same work. I believe this company is honest with their customers.

Wow, I am very impress of everyone at Bridges Auto and Electric. I took my Hummer H2 to get a check on my A/C unit after a quote from another Company who quoted me thousands of dollars. Bridges found the problem and was fixed at $65. They also installed my LED Light Bar and sealed my Cab lights. A special thanks to Tyler, Corey and the ladies at the front desk. JOB WELL DONE!

Worst shop I have ever brought my car to. I made an appointment for 9 am on a Friday. I got there and proceeded to wait for over 4 hours before being told that they might not even touch my car today. I had to get a ride an hour back to my house. I was then called on Monday and was told that it was fixed (it was brought in for electrical issues. And all the easy steps and checks were already taken) I then got a ride an hour back to their shop, payed over $150 and was told that all they did was replace a fuse. I have replaced the fuse many times and it never worked. I went to check my car, and it was still giving the exact same problems. My car was left up there for almost 2 weeks after that with zero communication unless I reached out first. Even when I got a reply it was short and gave no information. Just always “we’re working on it” finally I got tired of waiting and asked them to have my car put together and ready for me to pick up. I picked my car, drove an hour home before realizing that they had left all of my headlight bolts loose (down to the last couple threads), left one of my headlights completely unplugged, along with leaving 2 of my fuse boxes open. Overpriced and won’t give you timely results… if they give results at all. Highly disappointed as this shop was referred to me and I had high hopes.

I always go to Bridges for all my car maintenance. I have worked at Publix for 27 years and I know what premier customer service looks like. Bridges displays premier customer service at all times. They genuinely want to do a great job and take care of their customers. Everyone has car maintenance of some kind at some point. I highly recommend Bridges for all of your needs.

They were honest, humble and kind. Transparent about the repairs needed for my car and got me taken care of and out of there under a week. They were so gentle with me despite me being an overly emotional pregnant lady with a deployed husband and a 5 year old in tow coming in from Coggin Honda that wanted $6k+ and told me a needed a new engine when in reality I needed some gaskets and valves. They took care of me and I’m greatful

I had a problem with my 1993 Cadillac brougham an I couldn't find anyone to fix it ....until I talk to a someone that recommended this shop for older cars ....so I took it there... this guys went out of there way to help me find a part that it which it's only for this model an now it's been a month since I got it fix an everything works perfect.... so if you need your car to get fix... I would highly recommend this shop ....thank you Tony, Tyler an crew
