Great service and clear on what I needed and what to be prepared for....new tires by Winter. Greatly appreciate the heads up on that expense. Also replaced my front breaks and will be replacing my rear soon. Will be using them in the future.

I am totally happy with the service professionalism and friendly attitude especially Briar oaks and from Stan. I have been to them for couple of years now. They have advised me well, never recommended any unnecessary expenses, and have been very prompt. Thank you Stan and colleagues.

I've visited this place a few times, but I should have written a review earlier. These guys are gruff, I will admit that. But frankly that's part of their charm & the fact that they know what they are doing. You can go to this place and know that you aren't going to be cheated on your car. As I said I've been here a few times, but i'm writing a review about today. Today I brought my car in because I thought I had a flat tire. I mean, it looked flat, very flat. I bring it in and ask them to squeeze me in. They told me that I had to wait, which was no problem so I waited in my car for 30-40 minutes in line while reading a book (no issues, they're basically one of the few places around here that do both inspections so they're usually busy.) The guy comes up to me and asks what's up and I ask for a patch job on my tire. He tells me that he'll try to plug it, but if it's a patch it may be a few hours and I tell him that's fine. I go inside, and not even 5 minutes later the tech comes out to grab me. I go with him to my car, and he tells me that he sees no leaks with the water and it was most likely the air pressure that caused the problem (very cold weather lately.) I thank him and ask him to fill up my other tires and he agrees. I go back and he's done within 2 minutes. I ask how much I owe and I get told "no cost, no worries." These guys took care of an easy task for me that I could have done, but because of the mistake I made they didn't make me pay anything. Like I've said, I've brought mine and my wife's car there a few times and these guys know what they are doing. They also do detailing so if you need a good clean, they can do that too. I know we'll be going to Briar Oaks Service for a while, thanks for everything fellas!

I had the best experience at Briar Oaks Exxon when the check engine light came on right near a gas station. I was so nervous being out of state and not familiar with this particular service station or it’s reputation. The Service Manager (Stan Bailey) took control and made my experience a pleasant one. He had the car diagnosed and explained in detail what his recommendations were. I feel so lucky to have had my car break down where it did. This is definitely a reputable service center, and I would recommend it to anyone in the Fairfax/Fair Oaks area. Many thanks to you and your crew, Stan!

The owner is extremely rude, and it's unacceptable. Whether it's due to trauma or a personal disorder, it shouldn't impact customer service. I will not be returning to this place.
