Best alignment ever done on my BMW. My car is lowered. They were able to take her in. My BMW used to ride really rough, pull to the side, when I would hit a bump it would sway. Since I took it to Brian’s for alignment it is now perfect. Seriously. It feels like I’m riding on a cloud. Thank you staff! I will definitely be coming back for more alignments. A+ Approved.

Brian's has earned our business by providing excellent care for our vehicle and a fantastic customer service experience. They were timely and extremely reasonable. They kept us informed of the costs and when we could expect the vehicle. I know that it's not always possible, but I paid the price they originally quoted. Car repair can't really get any better than this.

Plain and simple - these people are just good people here at Brian’s Automotive. As a young woman I always feel taken advantage of at these car places but Brian’s is honest and they always make sure I’m taken care of for a reasonable price. They are kind and helpful and this is just a good reputable business.

Awesome mechanics.. ac actuator driver side went out. We was quoted an expensive amount from dealership few other places. Brian's did us justice 😊 I will recommend them to everyone. Thanks again 👍

We had a mutual customer that bought a vehicle from us and had an issue come up once he received it. Vehicle was taken to Brian to diagnose and repair. Brian got it diagnosed and repaired it in a fast and timely manner. He was very responsive in communication with me so we could resolve the issue and get our customer's vehicle back on the road for him to enjoy. I am not from the area but the way Brian approached this issue, his honesty about the repair and his communication with me being hours away was exceptional! Thanks again Brian for the honesty and integrity that has been so commonly lost in today's automotive repair industry!

Brian's has worked on my wife's car and my work van also and both times did a satisfactory job. They are knowledgeable and don't mind working on my old work truck. They reasonably priced for the work that they've done for us. They also we're able to figure out and repair something that another shop here in Edmond could not although we're charged for a fix.

Brought my Honda to Brian Automotive Services to fix a brake problem. They found what’s wrong with it, let me know and replaced front brake rotors and pads after I agreed. By noon I had my car back! The charge was reasonable, Brian and Sean were friendly and professional. Thank you!

Honest, trustworthy, integrity, all words that I would use to describe this wonderful automobile repair. I was referred by a friend who has gone here for over 20 years with all her car repairs. I went here for a second opinion on brakes- one shop- told me that I needed all new brakes and rotors on my car for a cost of nearly 1200$. Brian’s said I still have 30 percent left of wear on them. They said that even if I had needed them, their cost would be less than 800$! Free inspection. I can’t say enough good things about this business. They were super respectful, responsive and courteous. They will have my business for all my cars!

I actually get my oil changed on time because they make it so easy. Before now, i’ve always just put it off until it’s way past due. Now I can make an appointment and be in and out in 30 minutes. Plus their lobby is nice, you can definitely tell there’s a woman a part of this thing. Bathrooms are clean and waiting room is comfortable. Whole process is painless and the people are very kind and respectful.

Nice guys up here and a clean facility. I was recommended to go here by another shop in the city for my vehicles alignment. It has four wheel steering, so the price can be somewhat brutal when going through the s...tealership. They are priced fair and have several appointment options. I mistakenly thought I would be able to wait in the lobby, but realized thanks to the gentleman checking me in, that my appointment was actually for drop off only. Thanks to the quick thinking of the staff members part, they were instead able to work me in for a time more convenient for my schedule. That is good customer service. Thank you guys for the work you put in. God bless.

Tire flew out and fender popped out in the parking lot all because they couldn't change a stripped lug nut to swap wheel stubs. Terrible customer service, do not go here unless you'd like to give business to racists.
