The folks at Brazzeal have always been trustworthy. One time I had an issue and Brazzeal looked up the issue found there was a warranty coverage and printed paperwork as proof to take to Honda for free service. They did this as a courtesy and said just use us in the future. They care about building relationships and I have never felt taken advantage of. If there is extra things recommended for the car when I take it in for service it is handled via text and web where you don't have to have an awkward conversation if you don't want to. Just say yes/no/or call with questions. I write this review because I trust them. Edit: Here I am years later still going to Brazzeal. They really give the small business feel to the people they work with. 2/2025

Got a nail in my tire the other day. I was able to plug it(center of tread, nowhere near sidewall) until I could get a more permanent repair. Stopped in Brazzeal for a patch and they told me I needed a new tire because they won’t patch it if I plugged it. Just trying to sell me a tire. Meanwhile I’m sitting at Midas while they patch it while I wait. Good try Brazzeal.

I can’t say enough good things about Brazzeal! Both my husband and I service our cats with them and we’ve had nothing but positive experiences. They are always prompt, communicative and reasonably priced. Their team members are incredibly helpful and they make the typically stressful process of putting your car in the shop manageable and easy to understand.

I've been coming to Brazzeal for about 14 years now. Always professional service, always responsible and on time. I recently hit a pothole and brought my vehicle to Brazzeal. Logan took great care of me. Ordered the tire, kept me informed daily of the progress and I was able to pick up the vehicle as promised. My tire went flat from hitting debris on 275 & could not be repaired. Michael ordered a new one for me immediately and was able to get it replaced in quick order - he was very helpful and I highly recommend! My husband and I wish we had a Brazzzeal Auto service Center in Sarasota where we live.

They were very affordable and helpful. Before I came in I had a lot of questions that Mike helped me with. I had my car at the dealership who was telling me I needed xyz and obviously overpriced. Brazzeal did a thorough inspection of my Kia, found many of the same issues as I heard from the dealership and came up with better solutions at a more affordable price point, with better warranty options. I ended up not going through with the repairs at this time due to some other circumstances but I wholly trust their opinion and expertise and certainly plan on using them in the future. It’s rare to find people in this industry who are honest and helpful but you can sense those people when you find them and the whole team there at Brazzeal are exactly what I’ve been looking for.

Got my tire needs quoted quickly for what I was looking for. Told me it would be ready tomorrow in the afternoon. They called me just after 10am to tell me it was done.

I got a price of 1250 to get front and rear rotors and brakes done. I got it done at Midas for 822.00. I got a call from Brazzeal while I was at Midas saying he forgot to tell me the special and it would be 1150 instead of 1250.
